My wife and I had never been to new Smyrna beach but we loved it. The cute shops and local restaurants were awesome. It’s a quiet place but we still found plenty to do. And we loved the house, super clean and just steps to the beach. Also just a short walk to a beach bar that was amazing. The owners were also super friendly and quick to respond to any of my messages.

House was clean and a great location. We would stay there again.

Property is clean, classy, and top notch. As a vacationer to NSB my entire life, my next trip will be based around availability of this property. As a first time user of VRBO, I was admittedly a bit skeptical. This experience has made me a believer. I would like to personally thank the owners for fair representation of the property and amenities, and making my kids vacation to the beach a happy and memorable one.

We had a great visit to New Smyrna Beach! Our condo fit our family perfectly and everything was nice! We stayed in communication the entire trip! Highly recommend this condo!

We stayed here for my moms birthday and absolutely loved it! The place looked just like the pictures - if not better in person and was super clean when we get there! Super close access to the beach and plenty of things to do and places to eat near the property. Coleman and Emily were very responsive if we had any questions and the check in process was super easy. Great place to stay for a family vacation or with friends. We would definitely want to go back and stay again in the future!

Amazing Experience!

Comfy and convenient

This place was perfect! The location was great, a short walk to the beach and very accessible to places to eat and things to do! It had everything we needed and was so cozy and clean! The shower was great with amazing water pressure. Coleman and Emily supplied everything we needed and then some! Our most favorite of all was the beds and the linens! We slept so good. I slept better here than in my own bed! The sheets were soft and blankets just right! And the pillows!! Oh my!! I would highly recommend and hope to be back again!

We loved our stay at the Atlantic House. The property is just as described in the listing and conveniently located just steps from the non-driving beach. The house was well-equipped with cooking essentials, soaps, and beach towels. We had a family of 5, including an infant and there was plenty of space. We enjoyed eating on the deck which felt very private due to the mature trees surrounding it. The beds in rental properties are always a gamble but all 3 beds here were super comfy! Great communication with the owners and very simple checkin process. We will definitely return to the Atlantic House!

This place was a great stay. Wonderful communication with the hosts who also made us feel very welcome. Easy walking distance to the beach and beach bars. The part of the beach you’re on prohibits vehicle access so would definitely be a safer area if you are traveling with kids. Place was very clean. We will be back soon.

We had a great few days stay at Point East, just what our family needed. The property was clean and accommodating and suited our group of six perfectly. Provided beach chairs, towels, sand toys etc. Within walking distance of the beautiful beach and close to many great restaurants and shopping. The property owners were very helpful and kind, messaged us back with any questions and provided great recommendations. We would definitely return to this location! We truly enjoyed our stay here at this cute beach house. The decor was so cute and the location was perfect. If you want to make some beach memories and stay in a beautiful home this is the place! My kids loved it!

My family and I stayed in this property for Easter weekend and could not have asked for a better experience! The property is beautifully updated and in a great location. We traveled with two babies and we had ample room to set up their pack n' play's comfortably. We had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation and would 10/10 recommend! The home was charming. The only negative I can say is there was no access to the beach on the street. We had to walk all the way around with all of our beach stuff to get access. The description says steps to the beach. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the porch was super cute.

Stayed for one month and had a wonderful visit. The place was very clean and very well stocked with everything needed. It was 100 steps to the beach; the beach was great for walking, biking, and sunbathing. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs that we had.

Came a little too early in the season to get on some great fishing but the place was amazing, owners were super friendly and the area was gorgeous. 10/10 would recommend and definitely going to come back!

A fabulous place to stay!! We were delighted to find such a newly renovated, exceptionally clean, and cozy house with comfy couches to add to the experience. The décor was a definite A++! It was the perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. The Atlantic house has everything you would need, from toiletries to utensils, beach towels, and extra blankets. The 3 beds were wonderfully comfortable with lush linens. The kitchen has all the items you would need to cook your meals and very clean and well presented. The grill, beach chairs and the patio furniture on the balcony is a great place to gather privately due to the native landscape and lighting. Being a minute walk, if that… to reach the ocean/beach for the amazing sunrises was breathtaking beautiful. We recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure, we will stay again! And again! The hosts were helpful and quick to respond with all communication. Checking in was hassle free, easy and BOTH hosts were polite and accommodating. Overall, we were happy to stay at the Atlantic House! We will be a repeat customer. Thanks, Atlantic House, the start of the New Year for us was AWESOME! MLEE
