The property desperately needs professional maintenance, a deep cleaning, and updates. While it checked all the boxes and was stocked, it was not a home we wanted to linger at. The pool was the only positive, but the surrounding area was so unkempt it detracted from the experience.
On our initial night, a young man rang the doorbell at 9 pm, very obviously pretending to sell pest control. A few days into our stay, I recognized him as the neighbor. I'm unsure if he was casing the house or just being nosy, but it would have been a safety concern if I’d been a lone female.
Pride is ownership is not reflected here. When you travel you want something nice that feels like home. We would not recommend to family or stay again.

This property was okay, there are some issues that should be addressed or updated. When we arrived the yard looked terrible, had not been mowed, full of weeds, both front and back around the pool. The pool is nice, I will give them that. The beds and pillows are not comfortable, so much so that one guest slept on the couch to try and get better sleep. I did reach out to the host about that and also the time it took them 5 hours to respond to a message and asked for some compensation or partial refund and was told no, but they offered to heat the pool?!?!? Host stated new mattresses had just been purchased, however new does not equate good quality. I did reach out to VRBO support as well. The location was close enough to some really good restaurants (20 minutes) and to ball fields we needed to be at that weekend. Overall we enjoyed our time in Florida, but would not stay at this location again.

We had a great time and found the location wonderful when traveling into Tampa for the soccer tournament we were a part of. We didn’t have to take major highways and it was easy to get in and out of. The pool was a great option as well. Overall a great experience.

The house was clean when we arrived. Did really stay there long except at night. We did enjoy the patio till the No seeums started to eat us alive even with the screen. These is no hot tub as the web site states. Over all a nice stay. Thank you

The property was nice. Listing said hot tub but no hot tub. Mattresses were well past there prime. Kitchen appliances could be upgraded. Needs more utensils.

We enjoyed having this home as a base for breakfast, dinners, and rest. I was able to cook meals for my daughter who lives near by. Very convenient to all the area tourist attractions we visited. Thank you!

Location was great. Mid way between Orlando and Tampa. Everything worked in the house. Pool was great. A/C was cold. It was nice to have a place to ourselves. Other reviewers I read when choosing this home had some complaints. Yes it could use some updates but on a whole is was great

We booked this house last minute as hurricane Ian was bearing down on the west coast of Florida and our home was in a mandatory evacuation zone. It was a clean, comfortable place to ride out the storm and the property manager was extremely accommodating to our needs during this stressful time. We were able to cook, work and sleep comfortably while the storm was making landfall.

dead bat found inside covered pool area, bathroom sink faucet flow needs addressed, dishwasher needs updated, bathroom desperately needs updated, hallway access panel falling down, overall cleanliness i would rate as below standard

We liked the rental
Plant city location is almost same distance to Tampa and Orlando. Neighborhood is okay. House is clean but a bit outdated. Needs update. Pool is good. Totally secluded. Exactly what we looked for. Pool was very clean. Free from bugs. We enjoyed every day. Beds are a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent owner with well stocked home.
Ana meri was very good at checking in with us. She obviously cares about her clients stay being a happy one. I stay in rental homes often and this one was the best stocked ever. Garbage bags, paper towels, bathroom towels, condiments, dishwasher and washing machine soap etc. Friendly neighborhood.

Pantry was stocked with lots of spices and dry goods refrigerator even had eggs from previous guests. Warm welcoming place to stay. Landscaping could use a bit of TLC and I will remind you this is not a heated pool. Inflatable Hot tub will take a full 12 hours to be usable. I would recommend not for very small children. Plenty of room for Just the Two of Us.

Enjoyed our stay and perfect location near several family members. House clean and the host was super friendly and prompt to answer questions. Would rent again! Just wish pool was heated.

The kitchen is out of date, but there are some new appliances and it was clean and functional. I like the fact that spices and lots of staples are there so you don't have to buy them. There are food items in the kitchen and the garage and master bedroom are locked off so it appears the owners are there when not rented. The lanai and pool is what makes the property. It's was so nice looking out at the natural area behind the property! Overall, it's a nice affordable place to stay and the owner seemed very nice. Thanks.

This was an amazing home. We were looking for a place between Orlando and Tampa with a pool. My son and I loved it. Ana, our host, was very hospitable and communicative. Recommend and would 100% stay again!

The house was super cozy and very clean. My husband and I felt very safe and felt at home. The property manager is very nice and helpful. When we was trying to figure out the hot tub she made herself available and after that she checked on us making sure we was comfortable. The pool was clean and the HOT TUB OMG WAS AMAZING. My husband and was celebrating our wedding but when we come back we are definitely making it a family trip. Thank you so much for making us feel like we was home and not visiting.

The house was super cozy and very clean. My husband and I felt very safe and felt at home. The property manager is very nice and helpful. Comfortable
House was clean and smelled nice, everything was exactly as described and expected. It’s a comfortable, simple house. Nothing fancy, but the owner responded quickly and supplied many extras. We were thrilled to be given permission to have some family members come over for a bbq and swimming. All the nieces and nephews had a blast in the pool. Thankyou for a great week!

We were very happy to see the level of cleanliness of the property! It was exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed the crystal clean pool every day. Even without a heated pool, it was plenty warm enough to enjoy this time of year. Ana was very responsive, not only if we texted her with a question, but checked with us regularly to be sure there was nothing we needed. She provided many of the necessities such as water, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc, to make our stay easier to just bring our toothbrush and stay!
There was only one thing that we feel we need to note: upon arrival, there were an excessive number of air fresheners in each room. Since my wife is allergic to this, and we saw no mention in the ad, we were a bit surprised by this. We removed them and aired the house - so fixable and that's why no detraction from the 5 stars!!!

The property was very clean. However, the use of deodorizer plug-ins was excessive and overwhelming. Also, the handle of the bathtub needs replacing as it is moldy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but wished the property was more up-to-date and in a nicer neighborhood.

Wonderful experience
The host was extremely responsive and polite to any questions I had both before trip and during. They had some essentials already at the property was was very nice after traveling to the area. We enjoyed the layout of property and the beds were also very comfortable. Very pleased with the whole experience.
