Very useful the location for our purposes

Not only were the instructions to get in not at all clear, unfortunately the place was up four long flights of stairs and that was NOT listed on the website when booking. My mom could not handle it, so we had to make other arrangements on the spot. There was no remorse from our contact. The place itself was well located and when I was in it for a few minutes it was clean and looked solid. I excepted a little refund however we got nothing and no response on the request.

Comfortable room in a great location. Short walk from a lot of great bars and restaurants.

This property was adequate but needs some maintenance. Directions to get to flat once we got to the address were not given. Had to call twice to get directions and flat number. Flat is on third floor with no lift so was difficult for older adults with luggage.

Nice weekend in a beautiful city. Location is closed to city center and we could discover a lot by foot.

Pros: The interior of the apartment was clean. When I had issues, the owner responded. Dishes and amenities were as stated. The laundry facilities were really helpful! Cons: The check in process was confusing. There were no instructions on how to find the apartment or what floor it was on. Inside the apartment, there were no instructions other than making sure we turn off appliances so energy wasn’t used. The windows wouldn’t stay open and it was really warm in the apartment. While the location was superb for restaurants and shopping, it’s less than desirable when you want sleep due to people being pretty loud into the wee hours of the night downstairs. There wasn’t any wifi with the property either. It’s a basic apartment.

Very convenient location for visiting Glasgow.

I booked this to be in a central location for a golf trip. The place was great and the operator was fantastic about communication and questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested. It can get a little loud at night due to the Glasgow college student leaving the bars but if you want to be in the heart of that great city it is a fantastic place. I only wish I was still in my 20’s to go out and join the kids.lol
