We loved staying at this house. Super clean and lots of space for the family to enjoy. Beautiful views and enjoyed our time in Kaikoura.

Our group of 8 adults had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas plus the outdoor BBQ area. Beautifully presented and well designed. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely re-book.

Loved everything about this place. 2 lounges are wonderful. Would love to come back in summer to enjoy the outdoor bbq area. Observation from the one who slept in one of the single beds. Perfect for kids but not the over 70s.😉

This property was everything it said it was and more . Very well presented, clean and super comfortable, was a perfect base for our large to enjoy what kaikoura had , main focus was surf which there was plenty of so great time had by all especially with this accommodation

Lovely stay, the house was awesome, clean and spacious. Perfect for a girls weekend.

Location is very good, you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and seashore. But the kitchen equipment are not perfect. The stove is not powerful enough. Overall It's a pretty good house! Love it!

This is a large, comfortable well equipped house. Great views of the sunrise and coast out the front and the mountains out the back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thanks for sharing this property.

Our experience was amazing .Waking up to the view and just able to relax was awesome.We were even able to sleep with our sliding door open and wake up to the sound of the seagulls and cows and the surf Beautiful.Just like staying in a resort ...

This is a fantastic place to stay. It is very roomy and has everything you need. The views are incredible and it is a very quiet street. A real gem.

Everything about this experience was easy and the house was just amazing. Huge yet cozy and so well-equipped. Comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. We’ll be back!

A liitle further from the sea than the photos suggest ( perhaps should state this in the advert however the views are great .. Great walking track from the house right over to south bay and back ..house was nice and tidy when we arrived .. Heaps of packing and turning area .. Nice a quiet area ..

From one of the pictures, we thought that the beach was literally across the street, which it wasn't - this was the only minor disappointment but we didn't mind as the views were outstanding and we weren't far from the beach anyway. One minor issue was dealt with promptly. Overall, a great house with great communication at a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Was a good spot to stay for a commercial fishing charter and family get together
