Beautiful home, very clean, more than enough towels, sheets, blankets,etc. Kitchen was very well equipped. Back yard was great for our dog, lots of room for running.This home definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Perfect location, lots of snow, cozy home, clean and owner was friendly. Everything was easy about this stay, which is great with 3 kids in tow.

It was an absolutely beautiful home, especially with all the snow. The owner was always quick to respond and was very friendly. They even put up a christmas tree for the holidays.

Photos dont do the property justice! Great home located in a great neighborhood with the perfect backyard for our dogs to explore and play in a safe fenced in area. Access to local bike/running path steps outside the backyard gate make for a great quick hike and with abundant amenities within a few minutes it's an escape from the hustle and bustle but not creature comforts.

This property has everything you need and a quick drive to downtown. The house is clean, well stocked and the owner is very responsive to inquiries. Great place to spend quality time with family.

Fantastic house for a relaxing vacation! This has to be the one of the nicest homes we've stayed at through vacation rental home sites. Our pre-teen / teen daughters loved having their own space upstairs and we all enjoyed the common areas downstairs with comfy couches and a warm fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were just right. We enjoyed the garage ping pong, assortment of games and the hot tub out back. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. We'll definitely reach back out to Will if we are back in the area.

House was great. Well decorated, good internet speeds. House had everything we needed to cook in or get take out. Close to town and good location to Sedona & The Grand Canyon. Our dog loved the big fenced back yard and the walking trails right from the backyard. The owner Will was excellent to work with, responded quickly to questions and had excellent restaurants recommendations. I would say the only downside was how close it was to the freeway, with that said it was only a noisy when you were outside if you were inside it wasn’t a big deal. We would stay here again if we return to Flagstaff.

The property is also a short drive to the historic downtown area, Lowell Observatory, and Snowbowl, all of which we greatly enjoyed during our brief stay. My wife enjoyed her morning runs through the neighborhood as well.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family, including dogs, for our daughter's graduation from NAU. Beautiful house with a HUGE backyard that the dogs loved! Beautifully decorated, but also comfortable, and very well stocked! Should our travels bring us back to Flagstaff, we would defintitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location, very clean. Kitchen was very well stocked, more so than any other rental we've had. Fenced in backyard for dog was a huge plus. Walking/biking trail right out the back gate. Also appreciated the organized welcome/ check out instructions.

We were so happy with the layout and spaciousness of the living area as well as the bedrooms. Very nice place for our dogs to roam and explore to their heart's content. Everything was so neat and accommodations were excellent for our use.

This beautiful home in Flagstaff's nice University Heights neighborhood was the perfect base for two weeks of adventuring in the area. It is a quality home that we found exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Tall Ponderosa Pines surround the house. There is nice landscaping, a big garage for storing bikes and equipment, fenced yard for the dog, a large gas grill, a nice deck and a hot tub for relaxing. Inside, we found comfortable beds, furniture and a kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. This kitchen had quality pots, pans, utensils, and basics like paper products, soap (laundry & dish), and pantry staples to keep us from having to buy as much. We really appreciated finding baggies and food storage containers--little things that you don't often find in rentals. The home decor was modern and welcoming. We loved everything about the house. We were able to explore Flagstaff's downtown, the NAU campus, Buffalo Park, run and ride the FUTS trail right behind the house, go horseback riding at Mormon Lake, ride the gondola at Snowbowl, and take day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Sunset Crater, Walnut Canyon, and Meteor Crater. There was no shortage of things to do. Thanks so much, Will and family, for letting us stay in your amazing home. We made a lot of great memories on this trip!

We had a wonderful stay! We were all astonished by the attention to detail of even the smallest necessities. The house was so clean and welcoming. What a stunningly comfortable property! No detail has gone unnoticed in this well thought out and outfitted property. In addition, the property owner is incredibly responsive, attending to a minor issue very promptly. Close to trails and a quick trip to most things on Flagstaff!
