Everything!!!! Great location with amazing views of the coast. We sat on the benches overlooking the bay every morning and evening (1 minute walk away). The shop was a 2 minute walk away and was very reasonably priced and well stocked with everything fot everything.
The caravan was very homely and the owners where A* with communicating and replying. Will deffinatly return.

The wifi went off a few times but that was down to a park issue rather than the caravan. The owner was A* with responding to the issue. We didn't know wifi and sky tv was included until arrival so a big bonus.

Location to all the facilities was fantastic and a sea view which was a lovely added bonus. The bus stop was just a few strides away which took us to both Filey and Scarborough. We didn’t have time for Bridlington but hopefully we will be back. The caravan seemed far better than the pictures online.

Caravan was reasonable for the money and nicely equipped.
Primrose Valley holiday park. Awful due to noisy inconsiderate people, loud music, lots of shouting, car racing around site into the early hours of the morning. Litter around the caravan. Left after one night as couldn't face staying longer. Maybe OK for a midweek break when it may be quieter (?) But we won't be going back.

Good location, view of the sea, well appointed kitchen with lots of utensils and pans. Spacious lounge, generally very comfortable and welcoming once I was inside. Near path to lovely sandy beach.
I did not receive the sheet with full details and map (as left in the caravan). No key code sent until I requested it when I had arrived and because I did not have full instructions had to look around for key box! Not informed there was no hairdryer. Gutter constantly dripping at join over small bedroom window, irritating when trying to get to sleep. One spare toilet roll for two bathrooms, not on list to bring.

Excellent location. Roomy and extremely clean caravan. Helpful owners. This was a lovely caravan ideally situated. Large master bedroom with loads of storage. Would highly recommend 5 stars

Fantastic location. Extremely clean with all the facilities you need to have a wonderful break.
Would definitely suggest WiFi be installed as it would be the only thing that would put us or family/friends from booking again.

The location was excellent and the beach fantastic.
Shop was a bit expensive but you know that before you book so not an issue really.

We enjoyed the whole stay from the accommodation,location and activities!
The bed was slightly uncomfortable after a few nights stay but wouldn't put me off booking in future.

Fabulous caravan looked after to a high standard. It had everything we needed for a family holiday. Great location. Very friendly owner. Would highly recommend booking. Hope to stay here again in the future.

The location was great and we walked along the beach into Filey most days. The double bedroom was spacious, and there was plenty of storage space. Everything we needed was there.

We have really enjoyed our stay, the caravan is immaculate, it has a huge double bedroom and good size twin and is in an Excellent location on the Primrose valley site. Close to the mini market, restaurants, beach. Easy drive or lovely scenic bus ride to Filey, Bridlington and Scarbrough. The communication with the owner was fantastic, she is a lovely lady who responds to messages quickly. We will definitely be re booking in the future.

WE WERE NOT INFORMED WE HAD TO BRING OUR OWN BED SHEETS/TOWELS
HAD THIS BEEN MENTIONED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NO BOTHER TO BRING THEM MYBE IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON THE BOOKING FORM
