As advertised. Clean. Excellent location!

Description of unit is exactly as described. It was adequate for what we needed, which was just a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Noise level was accurately described. It is next door to a bar and very loud, which we expected. We loved being able to walk to the game and to restaurants. We would stay again, but might bring earplugs with us next time.

We loved the convenience of the location. As stated, it was loud as you are in between two bars. But we personally didn’t have a problem sleeping. They have supplied noise machine that drowned out enough of the music to fall asleep and stay asleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our girls to stay during rush week!

This property is in a great location. Short walk to the student center or stadium.

Great location and very clean!! Downtown and right next to the bars, very safe place to be if you decide to have a night out on the town. No need to have to worry about driving. The southeastern staff were a bit confused when we tried to go back to our room, but we explained and showed proof of our rental and they had no problem with letting us through. Check in was great and communication with property manager was fabulous! 10/10 definitely will be back:)

There simply cannot be another vrbo that is more convenient for all-things-Auburn-University. We were right in the middle of it all, and best of all -- there was no worrying about parking during a crowded weekend!

Perfect location downtown Auburn near bars/restaurants. Everything as advertised including extreme noise until 2AM Fri/Sat from bar traffic. .7 miles to football stadium!

Great location for being in the middle of it all! Yes the bars are loud but the provided noise makers worked for me. Just something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

This apartment was very close to campus and made traveling to and from campus quite easy!

The unit was just as described. And I am thankful for the sound machines as they absolutely work with the local bar noise. I slept well and am now addicted to them! My only complaints would be the early morning sun does come streaming in the back bedroom through the closed blinds and the construction on the Target being built started at 6:15 in the morning with jack hammers, saws, etc., which was very loud. That would have been nice to have known about before booking. However, if you moved to the middle bedroom with that sound machine on, the light and construction noises weren't a big problem. Otherwise, the location is fantastic, hospitality laid out in the apartment was great and I would definitely stay here again. Amanda also communicated immediately to questions I had. Thank you!

I love this place! The location is perfect! We always stay up late so the bar didn't bother us at all.

This is the 3rd unit in the old Magnolia building I have stayed in, and I love all of them! The units are clean, cool looking, and right in the middle of everything. The property manager is the best, and to have a parking spot right at Toomer’s Corner is just fantastic.

Great location for bar hopping. Do not recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Bed were surprisingly very comfortable. There are even sound machines in the rooms, but because there is a bar next door I don’t think it would drown out the music. Just don’t plan on going to sleep before 2:30am if you are a light sleeper. There’s one parking space per stay and it’s not a huge parking area but if you don’t plan on using your car at night during your stay it’s perfect.

Great location, right in the heart of the university. We were able to walk everywhere from here. A great stay with great atmosphere.

Gotta be ok with bar noise. Two popular nightspots flank this place and it was loud until 2-ish. I'd do it again though. Location was perfect. All you'd need.
