This property is great, especially now that the pool and hot tub are open. Beware some of the windows don’t open, so that makes for a pretty warm place on the hotter days in summer. Will be back! Location is absolutely perfect too. We rented a car and didn’t drive once. Will not be renting a car in the future.

This property has been nicely renovated and it is clear the owners care about it's maintenance and overall appearance. it is well equipped with extra linens, kitchen tools and amenities such as spices. We were a group of 5 adults and were very comfortable in the space. It was a great place to stay while skiing at Telluride.

Property was lovely - kitchen was well equipped- wish we had known ahead of time and that pool and hot tub were not working. Directions to find the unit would help. Location was good- close to Coonskin lift and Galloping Goose. Ski locker was great

Enjoyed staying at Lulu 6P. A short walk into town along the River Trail or via road. Market close by to get a few provisions. Very well stocked kitchen for plates, cutlery, glasses, and pots and pans. Would stay here again when Covid restrictions are lifted and cleaning fee is more reasonable.

This condo is fully appointed, and had everything we needed. It was quiet too. The only thing that would have made it better was if the pool were open, but it is currently under construction as advertised.

This was a great VRBO stay. The unit was more than as described - the house, including the kitchen, was better stocked than any place we have ever stayed, from toiletries to kleenex to kitchen spices/coffee/sugar and dishes. Communication with the management company was proactive, responsive, and they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. I'd highly recommend this condo.

Clean lovely property within 2 minutes walk of Lift 7. Was great for our family. Everything Levi and India said about the property was 100% spot on. Will stay at this or another property within the VividTelluride family again. Planning next year as we speak.

Highly recommend this property! It is in the most perfect location in town. We had an issue at check in and it was handled immediately and professionally. The property has plenty of space including board games and a fully functioning kitchen! There is a beautiful view out the living room windows and just a couple blocks from the Gondola. I highly recommend staying at this property if you visit Telluride!

We loved the comfy beds, Colorado decor, all the spices, shampoo, lotions you needed. Location was minutes from everything. Very clean!

We had the BEST time staying here! First off, Sung, the owner was VERY attentive and was in constant communication with us. She checked in with us within the first few days to make sure we were all settled in and if we needed anything! She was a WONDERFUL host and we felt right at home here! The beds were SUPER amazing, very comfortable and we all slept great! There were plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items that we needed -- down to shower gels, lotions, sunscreen, shampoo, hair dryers, etc. This really is a well stocked home with all we needed...and WAY more comfortable than a hotel! The location was perfect. It was quiet and located right when you came into town...but close enough to everything we needed. The grocery store was about a 5 minute walk, the free gondola was a 10 mile walk and restaurants/shopping...within a 15 minute walk or so. The only time we used our vehicle was to drive to the Bridal Veil Falls for a hike...but otherwise, we walked everywhere! Parking was super easy and I felt like our car was safe in the parking garage! My parents were on the trip with us -- they parked their car in the free parking lot at the end of the street and had no problems whatsoever. The two bedrooms and one full bathroom were located downstairs (technically on the 2nd floor of the building). It was nice and cool down there for sleeping! The kitchen, living room and another full bathroom are located a floor above the bedrooms (on the 3rd floor of the building). Each floor has separate doors to access the unit (so you can enter by the 2nd or 3rd floor). I was a bit confused by this when we first got there, but Sung answered her phone right away to clarify this. Again....GREAT communication! :) Our kids slept in the loft area over the kitchen and had a GREAT time up there! Overall, we'd had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying here! We wouldn't hesitate renting here again if we come back to Telluride!

Had a wonderful time in Telluride and loved our accommodations. The condo was well stocked with snacks upon arrival and all our needs were met. The owner had emailed us a few times prior to our arrival (we never had to wonder how to get in or where to park or anything). When we had a question, he was very responsive via text. Everything is outlined and described in a book on the table which answered almost every question we had. He also provided lots of suggestions on restaurants too. The location was literally a 3 minute walk to the Coonskin lift and the rental for skis was right there too. Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this Lulu City location for convenience to everything. Loved our stay!

Had a really nice stay at Lulu City. The condo was a perfect place in the town of Telluride - close enough to walk to restaurants and explore. Highly recommend.

We found the property very well located (relative to both the mountain and town), very nicely decorated and equipped. The owner is terrific: responsive, friendly and informative. Two comfortable bedrooms down stairs with a shared bath and a loft above the great room worked well for us. The free town bus (that took us right to the gondola or downtown) is less than a block away, a nice grocery store (Clark's Market) is a two minute walk, and it's an easy walk to or from Lift #7. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything about this property was excellent. The owner was in touch days before and during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and that everything was to our liking. The place was close to one of the ski lifts and to many dining establishments. We couldn't of been happier with our choice.

We have stayed in lots of VRBOs, and this was one of our favorites. Sung is an extraordinary communicator from beginning to end, supplying us with lots of information about the condo, the complex, the town...with maps and instructions. The condo itself is very comfortable and very well supplied, including a bottle of wine, a tray full of fruit, and a kitchen with more than enough supplies, for those who would like to cook. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have extra supplies (even curling irons!), and the closets have lights! Also, plenty of room for storing clothes and toiletries, if you wish to take them out of suitcases...& lots of hooks for coats, robes, etc. We enjoyed having our own parking space that is always available...and, a coded door, so you don't have to bring a key. Most of the light switches are labeled, and there are night lights in the hallways...sometimes it's the "little things"! : )

This was a wonderful place for our family of 5. It is well maintained and had everything we could ask for. Sung is super attentive and flexible. We stay in Telluride at least once a year for a week. We will look no further!

We truly enjoyed our stay at LuLu City 6P. The layout worked well for our family. The condo was comfortable and very generously stocked. From games to beach towels to a bike to cruise around town, anything we could have needed was available to us. Sung was very responsive and worked to ensure that our stay in Telluride went well. We hope to visit again.

We stayed 4 nights this week in this wonderful condo and wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect size for our family of 4 (and actually we left one bedroom unused as both kids loved sleeping in the loft). Great location - there is a shuttle to town but we never used it as easy walk to the restaurants and shops but nice to be on the quiet side of it all. Telluride itself is glorious in the summer - we've been in the winter but never summer. Now torn whether our next trip to Telluride and this condo will be summer or winter. The owner is fabulous and checked in a couple of times but the place was turn key and we needed nothing.

Loved the proximity to the slopes, hot tub and unit. Everything was clean and the unit was well stocked (towels, kitchen, etc). In particular, loved the spices and condiments. So many rental units clear this out but it was nice to cook with a lot of supplies! Sung was a pleasure to work with and available for any help.
