Exceptional location for beach access, pool, General Store, and the bike path. The pool and the balcony were peaceful. We enjoyed many trips to Shelter Cove and put a lot of miles on the bike path. Our family with 4 teens loved it!

Great place to getaway from winter! Beach Villa 13 has a light and airy beach vibe feel. There are stairs to navigate, but being spread over 3 stories it’s nice to have the main bedrooms away from the great room and kitchen.

Nice villa large enough to hold my extended family and just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a restaurant. Te general store was about 2 blocks away!

Everything about the beach villa was perfect for three adults and two young kids. The villa had so many amenities and beach items it made it much easier to not have to pack everything into the car. There was tons of rooms throughout the rental and we never felt right on top of each other. Having dedicated parking spots within a 2 minute walk to the water line was very convenient. All of the appliances were in good working order and it was a great space to have as base camp for all of our island activities. Absolutely wonderful for anyone traveling on a family vacation! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this property for a beach getaway with family and friends. The villa is steps away from a beautiful beach and a nearby beach restaurant –The Dunes House. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool is right in front of the property. The check in and check out process was seamless. Paul was very helpful and easily reachable. I did not think the bedroom description was listed accurately but Paul addressed it as soon as I flagged it for him. The current description of the property and bedrooms is accurate. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa. If you want to stay in a clean house, steps away from the gorgeous beach and make lifetime memories with your friends and family don’t look any further and book this place.

This villa had all the amenities we needed or wanted, and its location cannot be beat. Everything about it was convenient, and our contact was thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommend this property!

Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and general store. The pool is steps outside the downstairs bedrooms. Great location and very comfortable accommodations. Seamless communication with owner made check in and out super easy. Our family would definitely stay again!

Perfect location. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the pool (if that). Loved that there were thermomstats in each bedroom downstairs. Lots of room everywhere but bathrooms were a little tight. Had to be careful with 3 yr old with stairs but 5 year old was just fine. Water pressure was amazing, but be careful bc water is HOT. Paul was my contact and he was AMAZING. Easy to contact and quick to help in any situation. Beautiful place to stay. Even had a restaurant that was a 1 minute walk to from the villa and was on the beach and then another one that was only 5 minute walk from the villa.

Pool a few steps, 1 minute walk to beach and Dunes House Grill, and a few blocks walk to General Store, Alexander's and Big Jim's restaurants. Paul was immediately responsive to any queries by text and sent a detailed welcome email with recommendations and directions. Will return next year!

We just had a great week at this property. You can't beat the location in Palmetto Dunes. It is literally 2 minutes amble to the beach. We took our coffee there every morning. The resort has restaurants, bike rentals, kayak rentals and pickle ball/ tennis courts. We enjoyed them all. We are a family of five and the property is very spacious. Could definitely fit more. The owner was very friendly and offered any help we might need. We had no issues and would highly recommend this rental.

One of our favorite condos on HHI - just steps from the beach at the access point by the Dune House, pool is right out the back door, & Palmetto Dunes is in the center of all the island attractions. Condo itself is lovely as well, very comfortable, great balcony space. The separation between bedrooms is nice w/ 2 rooms on the 1st floor, main living space on the 2nd, & master on the 3rd - can spread out & not be on top of each other. 4 bathrooms are a huge plus as well! HHI is all about beach time so location really is prime! Can’t wait to go back.

Unit easily accommodates 2 families. Slept 7 with no problem. Location excellent. Close to services and the main road but, more importantly, the beach. Great communication with the owner who gave us everything we needed for a great get away. Would go back and stay again.

We spend the weekend with our family for my sons birthday. The house was very clean had everything you needed. Was a short walk to the beach. Great location. We will be back for sure. If you are looking for an awesome place this is the one.

my family of 9 had a great time, home was clean, plenty of space, plenty of bath towels and beach towels, multiple beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, beach wagons, home a way from home. steps away from beach and pool. family age ranged from 3 years old to 60 years old and everyone loved and had a good time. I would go back when in the area.

We stayed 3 nights here in August, and will be back. It is only a few minute walk from the beach, with food, drink, and a pool right out the back door. On the Palmetto Dunes resort, this place is safe and perfect for a larger family or 3+ couples. It is close to shopping and groceries, and the beach near the property is immaculate. Communication with the owner was fast, and check in/out were easy. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful spacious rental. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It is located steps away from the beach, the furnishings are nice, the house is stocked with everything you need for a “like home experience”and a beautiful balcony with a clear view of the swimming pool. The property is located steps away from the pool, a onsite restaurant and the property is located in Palmetto Dunes which has so many amenities. The pictures are nice but expect to still be surprised when you actually arrive. Another perk was the rental has 2 designated parking spaces and trust me this was very helpful. This property provides easy access to a variety of tourist spots, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. I am a FAN of the host-Paul! He sent me a warm welcoming email and he was very engaged in making sure we enjoyed our stay at his property. If I had questions he was super responsive. If your going to Hilton Head you must stay at this property!
