If you’re looking for a quiet, cute and perfect spot in Sonoma County this is your spot. The space was perfect for my husband and I and the views were amazing. Nothing overly fancy but perfect for a weekend getaway. Close proximity to town for groceries, restaurants and wineries. 100% would stay again and recommend for everyone else to check it out.

We had a lovely weekend at this property. The place was a great size for two people, clean, and had beautiful views of the vineyards. It is up a windy mountain road but very close to Santa Rosa and all the activities there. Check in/out and communication was all very easy. Would definitely stay again.

This place did not disappoint, we had a very pleasant stay, had all you could ask for for a short stay and then some. Evan our host was great and communicated every step of the way. The cottage was perfect and had all amenities needed. Short drive to shopping and supplies if needed. Plenty of wine tasting nearby. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful! This was a bit of paradise for my husband and me while we were visiting the area for the first time from far away Florida. Everything was nothing short of perfect for us. From the intimacy of the location to the spectacular views, the coziness and warmth of the bungalow; it was bliss. The hosts were very generous, and quick to respond with questions. My husband had some TV withdrawal but I couldn’t have been happier about that! Wonderful place in a wonderful location. We would go back again and again given the opportunity. This is a very special place. We will treasure the memories of our stay here for a very long time.

This was a perfect place for a long weekend - convenient to wineries in the Sonoma area and all kinds of dining opportunities, and yet so quiet and peaceful at night. We loved it!

This gem is located in the hills of Santa Rosa. Just minutes from downtown and amazing winerys. My wife and i celebrated our anniversary and could not be more happy with our trip. Perfect place for two. Very clean and variety of places on the property to sit, talk and enjoy some drinks. We will be coming back.

This was a great place to stay and be away from the city. It was quiet and serene and very private. Perfect size for 2 people.

We enjoyed our brief visit to this cottage, and locating it and getting in were nice and easy. My only suggestion would be to clean the cobwebs a bit, but I realize out in the country spiders do like to be creative! The bed was comfortable, and the bottle of wine was a sweet touch.

We loved our stay at this cute little cottage. It was so peaceful, with many lovely spots to enjoy our coffee and wine. The bottle of wine the owner leaves was such a nice touch. The location is so convenient to head out to the many wineries and the coast. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. I hope to come back and stay again.

So many wonderful things to say about this special place nestled in the hillside. It’s the perfect place to enjoy many moments of quiet while taking in the beautiful and fragrant landscape. Highly recommend!

Well designed guest unit over the garage of the main home, feels like a separate little house. Nicely furnished with an extremely comfortable bed. We really liked the outdoor sitting area. It’s on the outskirts of Santa Rosa but off a main road so easy to navigate from. We are from Santa Rosa but now living in Oregon and this was a great place to stay while visiting friends. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is close to town but is in a very well kept, private and rural location.

Very nice place, with many artistic touches, clean and exactly as advertised. Location was within 20-30 minutes of all the wineries and restaurants we wanted to visit. Bonus bottle of wine on arrival was a ++++

Beautiful location overall, but arriving in the dark and walking up moss covered steps with burn out lighting got us off to a bad start. The property is about 15 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa, not 1.2 miles as described. Owner was nice, and room comes with a great bottle of wine from grapes from this small vineyard. Shower faucet needs replacing, and hot water quantity is for showers only. Warm weather would REALLY suit this property with several beautiful sitting area.

The cottage is a short drive up a hill with some very beautiful views. We really enjoyed how cozy and open the cottage was. From inside the cottage, we could see the vineyards and the trees. It was just the best place for relaxing. There are stairs to climb up the hill and enjoy sunrise over Santa Rosa. The owner had even added personal touches like a handwritten welcome note and a bottle of wine from his vineyard! Communication was very smooth as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend it.

This property was absolutely beautiful! It has amazing views of the vineyards is in an amazing location between Sonoma and Napa. Very close to everything! The host was absolutely amazing, great communication, and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property if you’re planning on visiting the areas. It was an amazing space for my husband and I to enjoy our anniversary.

My husband and I spent a few days in wine country for our anniversary, and this charming little cottage was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. Well-equipped, comfortable, and tasetfully decorated, I highly recommend it for an intimate getaway. The landscaping and the view of the private vineyard is so idyllic.

Everything about this property is special. The location is a quick ride to the store but up a winding road that feels far away and secluded. The gardens and vineyard are charming, with deer, turkeys and birds. Walk up a hill for an incredible view. Artistic interior design, super comfortable bed. Dining deck. We stayed all day and never went out. Evan is a gracious host. I'll be back!

We really loved this home. The location was very convenient to many different areas of wine country. The view of the vineyards was great and the owner was nice to give us a bottle of wine from the grapes that were grown there. The only issues I had was that I was not sent any check in or check out instructions and had to ask what to do. I’m used to that being automatic. When the owner didn’t respond at check in we just showed up at the place and thankfully the door was unlocked. There was a note there written to a previous renter but not us. We did get there a couple of hours early so perhaps that would have been switched out if he had more time. Check out also didn’t have instructions but fortunately it was very easy and he did eventually respond and tell us that we could just leave the place as it is. That was convenient. Just would have been nice to know the rules without having to ask. Otherwise the place was amazing.

The drive up the hilly road led to a picture perfect cottage with stunning views-so very different from Santa Rosa. All three outdoor sitting areas are welcoming. Well appointed kitchen with a bottle of wine and coffee waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable as was the bathroom. This is the only place I would want to stay on a return trip.

The cottage was cozy and clean with great views into the small backyard vineyard. The owner lives on the other side of the building and came over to say hi when we checked in, but we had privacy the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed the seating outside and inside for reading when we weren't out and about in the area. Would stay here again!
