Clean, quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot to stay and explore all that is available in the Verde Valley. The home was centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood one block from the desert. It was very comfortable, well stocked, and offered a garage. There were pretty views of the mountains, and a fire pit to enjoy in the backyard. Allison, the host, was readily responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

We could not have had a better experience at this home! It was spotless, very tastefully decorated and had some of the most comfortable beds any of us have had the pleasure of sleeping on in quite some time! We look-forward to returning again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood and quiet too. Quaint home with the amenities as described. Allison responded quickly with any questions which we appreciated. Beds very comfortable. And A/C worked great. Lovely backyard too. Nice view of mountains in living room was nice. Good location as well. We will definitely consider another stay in the future. This property was close to everything we needed but far enough away from the main streets it was very quiet. The house was clean, stocked with what we needed, the beds were so comfortable and we liked the fact we had use of the garage which was spacious. Allison was a good host as she let us check in a little early and I knew she was going to be easy if I needed to get ahold of her but we didn't need to. I would recommend this place!

Great location for our needs. Great space to get work done and close to the courthouse, which is why we rented this property. The host was also available in a timely manner for our needs.

Girls weekend! The Chocolate Walk in Cottonwood is why we came. Our stay was relaxing, just what we needed. This home was clean and provided us with everything we needed. There are cute little touches all over the house that make you really feel at home. We really enjoyed being in our pjs, sipping coffee, in front of the electric fireplace in the mornings.

We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Cottonwood area!

The property was grea it was clean and comfortable. A very peaceful and serene setting. The location was perfect just a short drive to old town or anywhere else you need to go. This location is a perfect spot to stay. You are a short distance to many different location and different adventure for yourself and family. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Plus the beds are very comfortable and that always helps for a good night rest. We loved all the information for surrounding area activities. Great place to stay.

The house was exceptional, charming, and conveniently located. We had a 2-week vacation planned however, the first week there was an unexpectedly high heat advisory & wildfires nearby so our itinerary had to change. The AC was great and the ceiling fans in each room kept the house cool. This was my first time renting and we were skeptical but this house put us at ease; it had great views of the mountains from the front and back, the gas grill in the back was unexpected, and the neighbors were friendly. The beds were quite high in both bedrooms it was a little challenging with a 6 y/o and a toddler. The backyard became my morning retreat I'd have my morning coffee and listen to the birds. The house was wonderful!

The house is adorable! It has everything you need and is extremely clean and organised. The house has great views of the mountains and an adorable backyard. Allison is a fantastic host. She responds immediately and is overall a great host. I would highly recommend staying here.

This Cottonwood house has all the comforts and conveniences of home. The perfect basecamp for adventures in Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff and beyond.

This property is just close enough to Sedona but yet far enough to be quite and peaceful. And don’t forget about the town of Jerome.

Very good location. Accessible to everything. I especially liked walking around the many streets in the area. Lots of friendly people and dogs. I will be back next year!

Our first time in Cottonwood and enjoyed our stay at this home. It was just as represented in the description. It was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and updated older home In a quiet neighborhood. Close to a grocery store, restaurants and a Walmart. Beds were comfortable. Allison was very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Wonderful property, well maintained, nice backyard (fire pit and barbeque), and great location.

House was just as described and in a close proximity to all the wonderful things we came to Arizona to see. Property owner was very easy to communicate with.

My daughter and I came here to visit family and do some hikes.This place was perfect! The owners communicated with us throughout our stay and were always available if we needed something. However we didn’t need anything because everything was provided for us at this home. It was conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The directions on how to find the place and how to get in we’re very concise and easy to follow. They left a bottle of wine and snacks for us, as well as brochures in a notebook on all the things to do in the area. We were here visiting family and were able to do many hikes and we found this place to be a great homebase. The place was very clean very comfortable great yard to relax in after long days hiking. They had every detail covered. Beach chairs, beach towels, two different size coolers for day hikes. Anything you could think of that you might need that you can’t bring it in a suitcase was covered. Cannot say enough good things about this place we definitely will return and stay here again!

Such a convenient location with the cutest accents!! Unfortunately we came at a “no burn” season because they have the cutest outside set up, however the complementary bottle of wine and snacks made it perfect!! Comfortable beds and just enough space. 5 star ⭐️ for me
