pas de petit déjeuner. nous avons préparé nous mêmes mais il manquait une cafetière. nous n'avons pas utilisé le local au rez de chaussée avec la machine à café. et puis boulangerie tout proche avec un pain de qualité, ouverte à 6h du matin. Super

Mm le prix est intéressant. Nécessaire présent comme le gel douche très utile. Inès à l’accueil était très sympa à pu nous conseiller sur le trajet . Gros plus petit frigo très confort et chambres spacieuses. Gros plus bon séjour à Nice

J’aurai préféré de meilleurs oreillers, bien que j’aurai pu en demander plus à l’accueil. De meilleurs oreillers plus moelleux ça serait coool 😊

La prise en charge, et la disponibilité de l’établissement pour les personnes qui ne peuvent pas faire autrement que venir après 19h ne pas accepter une demande entre 19h et 20h pour après dire que si on viens pas avant on est débité et dehors c’est inadmissible , le lieu n’est pas calme du tout également il ne faut pas traîner dehors.

The location is a 10 to 15-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin station, and approximately also a 10 to 15-minute tram ride from the Nice airport. The building is modern on the outside, and the facilities are clean. We are genuinely surprised when we see a full kitchen in our room with clean cooking utensils provided. The bed is comfy, the room and bathroom are spacious, and the TV has some great channels with movies to spend the night. Considering such a low price, this is a bargain.

Già appena arrivato chi ci ha "accolti" ci ha fatto il mazzo perché "les italien" non leggono bene la descrizione della struttura. Pulizia ? Lasciamo perdere, non credo sappiano nemmeno cos'è, Prima dello prenotazione avevamo chiesto un certo tipo servizio che, avendoci risposto positivamente ho proseguito con la prenotazione. Bene, arrivati in 3 (io + moglie e figlio di 17 anni), non essendoci nient'altro a disposizione abbiamo dovuto dormire in tre in un l'Atto matrimoniale alla francese. Non ho insistito perché dovevo pernottare solo una notte. In poche parole, bruttissima esperienza.

Near the train so it was a short walk to the main train station.

Very unclean. Mold and mildew in the shower, and the room during the day can become unbearably warm. The ac doesn’t work and the standing fan they give is not enough.

it was a good size and close to a train station , staff were kind and security guard was a legend !

it was like a sauna in the room with the fan being the only source of cool air , good for a night stay but wouldn’t stay any longer

It was clean, quiet, private, very safe feeling (electronic pass at gate/door/elevator). It is a very short walk to Lidl!

The wi-fi is very slow, can only stream on youtube in 240/480p max. This makes it difficult to use cloud services for work. There is no AC, but the fan and shades helped a lot, so it didn't bother me too much.

The Internet is very very very very very slow, barely usable; no sockets near the bed, which is quite inconvenient; no handwash in the bathroom, which is quite annoying; also, not enough shampoo was offered (one day dose for a four nights stay).

it was the last place available during a busy weekend. I had booked another hotel but made a mistake in the dates and couldn’t stay due to Cannes film Festival and Formula 1 in Monaco. the woman at the desk was outstanding!!!

no air conditioner and on the 5th floor. false imagery on booking. made it look like it was better and close to beach. just tell the truth and mention the neighborhood and show pics of the next door building. left at the crack of dawn to go to Italy for the remainder of our trip.

The receptionist was very very nice. While booking the place I did not notice that the Check In is possible only until 19:00. We barely manage to get there at 19:03 and luckily she was still there :)

The location is horrible. The rooms are horrible. Everything was extremely dirty. There was a huge moth in our room...There is no air circulation in the rooms, no air conditioning, fans.... I have no words for this place. Avoid at any cost! There are many hotels around the city that do not advertise on Booking, but you should check them our instead for sure!

the staff were nice and the over night parking was cheap

please be aware when staying here!! it was so, so dirty we did not want to touch anything or even walk on the floor. it smelt of sweat and strong cigarette that it was hard to breath. the location was so, so scary. we left the hotel to find food and it was like a scene from a police series. loads of police with guns and taser.. chasing kids, people shouting at the police, drugs dealers, the place next to it looked like a blown up site. we were scared to leave the hotel as it was just my daughter and myself and we had to leave at 4.30 to get an aeroplane. we had to ask for sheets to cover the dusty, dirty duvet cover. there was still food on the kitchen sides. gangs of people, police chase, dirty and very, very scary
