6 adults just finished a completely wonderful stay. Gated community so you felt extra safe. The property manager met us at the home to show us around. This home is absolutely beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice. Each king suite was amazing and on each corner of the house so you had plenty of privacy. High end furniture throughout the home. Spotless. Everything you needed in the kitchen to cook whatever you wanted! Infinity pool with an amazing view! Outdoor kitchen, pool table and dart board was an extra special perk. This place is seriously amazing. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely wonderful. Couldn"t have asked for better. Our friends got married while we were there. This home and its views made it a perfect place for a wedding and wedding photos. Not to mention we were given some beautiful decorations and champagne from the wonderful property manager. I could go on forever. This place is top notch! I will 100% be back!

Wonderful house for four couples to meet up

This is a property that will not disappoint! Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures/video the management team is wonderful and if you’re looking for a chef then Chef Mario is who you should try his food is wonderful and he and his team are so pleasant. Overall our vacation was perfect and we’ll definitely be back again!

Our family of 6 adults spent a week at this gorgeous house. It was everything the listing said and more. Spacious, well furnished and decorated rooms. Amazing views of the ocean and a fantastic pool to cool off in. Al and Tammy were great before and during check-in and Juan Carlos took great care of us for the rest of our stay. Highly recommend the chef and massage services.

The property is as advertised and then some! Beautiful views and great location. Amenities were fantastic, as well. Would definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing, inside and out. It has the most beautiful views from every room, including the closets. They provide everything you could possibly need for your stay (even hair diffusers for those of us with curly hair!) and our group ranged in age from 8 to 76. Every room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a smaller room with a triple bunk bed that our kids loved hanging out in as well. 5 stars also for the property managers, Tammy & Al McEwan, and the tour operator, Juan Carlos, who were all quick to respond to any inquiries we had before and during our stay. They made booking everything easy - airport shuttle transfers, excursions, golf carts, chef, massages, etc. We will return!

Stayed for 5 nights with wife and two older kids (late teens) and this place was perfect. 4 separate master e suites ensured everyone had their own personal space when they wanted to take a nap or just have some peace and quiet. The common areas were large and comfortable. Backyard was pristine with an awesome pool and great view of the bay. Also attracted a lot of beautiful birds. The property managers take this listing to the next level. Al and Tammy met us in person for check in and check out, super easy to get a hold of and had great recommendations. We had a couple issues with wifi (out of their control as it was an entire community issue) but Al was on it and kept us updated the entire time. Celebrating our wedding anniversary so Al and Tammy met us with flowers and mimosas on the day we arrived as a nice surprise. They also got us in touch with Juan Carlos who we hired a personal chef for arrival day (lunch and dinner) which was excellent and did two tours (action and rainforest) with Juan Carlos. Our guide was Geno who was wonderful and very accommodating and now FB friends! Al also recommended we just use Juan Carlos for airport and rent a golf cart for getting around the area which was excellent choice. Cheaper than car rental and less fuss. Would highly recommend this property as the house has everything you need and you have access to the club house around the corner with its gym, pool pickle ball and great restaurant. We stayed here for a friend's 40th birthday vacay. This property is even better than in the pictures. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. The outdoor areas are fantastic. The pool area is so inviting that you never want to leave. The sunsets are just amazing. We felt safe the entire time we were there. We rented golf carts, which were extremely convenient to go to the nearby grocery stores and beaches. We did also have the private chef, Marcos, and he was fantastic. Toni and Al were great hosts. They were easy to communicate with, checking on us and fulfilling all of our needs. This was by far the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented. We can't wait to go back!

This property is amazing. My husband and I stayed with 2 other couples for the week. The pictures and description of the property are spot on except the view from the pool area is better than the pictures showed. The property has everything you need and more. The location is great as we rented side by sides so we could ride in to Coco to the beach, shop, and all of the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and have recommended the property to many already. Would love to go back!

Excellent experience with property management team!

My family enjoyed Thanksgiving week in this beautiful, modern home in Coco area. Pre-trip communication and check in was made super easy by Rosy and her team. We had a chef to the house each morning to cook breakfast and really enjoyed it. Home is actually better than the pictures. Only negative of whole trip was that the Playa Ocotal beach club was not impressive. Better off just grabbing a table at Father Rooster next door. All things considered great value and great experience. Would certainly go back.

We could not have been more pleased with this experience. The house was absolutely fantastic and in real life was just as wonderful as portrayed in the in photos. Not only do we highly endorse this VRBO, but we plan on returning!

We stayed at Casa de Sueños July 2022. We were a large party (7 adults and 3 children ranging from 9 months to 6 years old). Every single detail was thought of! Pool toys, pool floats, all cookware you could need, towels for pool/beach, etc. Rosy checked us in and was very attentive if we needed her. We felt the home was perfectly located. We wanted quiet and relax but we were less than 5 mins from bars and party. We will be staying there again. Totally worth the money and travel.

It was more impressive to see with your own eyes. Close to town and attractions. Would definitely stay there again. Saw tones of birds, lizards and growler monkeys from the property.

My friends and I booked this place for my birthday as a couples getaway everything was beautiful the view break taking the house looks exactly like the photos I enjoyed this house

We were 4 generations (ages 8 months to 95 years) and all thought the property was fabulous; giving us our own space when needed but also lots of room for family together time. The home is modern, pristine and well maintained, with EVERYTHING you need. The pictures accurately show the beauty of the home and the property, and David is an excellent host. Jenn and Rosy from Rich Coast Concierge were great. They helped arrange transportation to and from multiple locations, golf carts, a wonderful masseuse named Betty, crib and high chair, and connected us with the internationally renown Chef Mario. We also want to thank them for addressing minor issues and all inquiries quickly and in a really professional manner. Finally, we cannot say enough good things about Chef Mario. He made breakfast, lunch and dinner for us for 9 days and we were not an easy group to feed - some vegetarians and some meat lovers; some ate only kosher style; we required food for children under 3 and for adults with sophisticated palates. Each meal was delicious, plated beautifully, generously portioned and no menu was repeated. Of course he could not do all of this without help from the beautiful Claudia. This was the first time we had tried VRBO and we were all really impressed by the property and the service provided. A huge thank you to those people mentioned above for adding to our family's great vacation memories! Pura vida

We can’t stop talking about this amazing property! We truly enjoyed our stay. The technology within the home is top notch. It was very well stocked with towels, pots, pans, plates, etc… and the home looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Property Management was very helpful and responsive to every inquiry.

This property did not disappoint, the pictures certainly captured the elegance and stateliness of the villa. With the chef that came in to cook much more personalized touch than a hotel.

Everything at this property was amazing. Pre trip, communication with Jennifer was seamless and helpful. She was able to answer many of our questions about the location, the home, and put a few worries at ease given we were traveling with an 8 month old and a 2.5 year old. She helped arrange all transportation (even when we werent at the VRBO) which made our trip easy. She had golf carts waiting at our house when we arrived, which made the week a lot of fun, and easy to get around. When you walk in the VRBO you're taken away with the views and beauty of the home. The house has everything you could ever need, from pool toys, to a stocked kitchen, beach towels, and coolers. There was also a brand new pack n play and a nice high chair for our baby! The technology was easy to use, and abundant. The rooms were comfortable, huge, and the AC units kept us cool at night. This is the type of place you can come with family, or with 4 couples and each have your own retreat. We hope to return to Costa Rica, and staying here will be on our list!

I don’t even know where to begin. The property is everything you can imagine and more. The house and view are truly breathtaking. This house was very well thought out. There was nothing the owners didn’t think of. Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She’s beyond helpful and the check in/out process was a breeze. Having access to the beach club was also a nice plus. There were 7 adults and 2 kids aged 10 and 11. No one had a single complaint about this house. It was wonderful. We were so sad to leave

Wow! This home is absolutely perfect. The layout and everything inside is so well thought out. Clean and very comfortable, close to the Coco beach, shops, and several grocery stores including a bakery. Mario was our chef during our stay. His food was amazing!!! Jennifer, the house manager was always a phone call away. No issues with the home at all. Kids and adults enjoyed the infinity pool, floats and the pool table. We will definitely stay there again!

There are not enough stars to truly rage this properly and it’s hosts. From beginning to end and top to bottom the entire experience was fabulous. If you are looking for a comfortable well appointed rental, then this is tour place. The view from the pool deck is magnificent, were visited by an assortment of birds everyday as we lounged by the pool and enjoyed music from the home’s speakers. Simply put, we wanted for nothing the entire time and plan to come back next year. Thank you Jennifer and Keith for a wonderful experience
