10 of us (5 couples) stayed here for 4 days and it was perfect. The house was just as described in the description. the house had everything we needed and the beds were all very comfortable. The location was great with cheap Uber rides downtown or airport. I would also recommend the Mexican place to eat which is only a short walk away. We had a great time and would definitely suggest staying here if your travelling to Nashville!

We had 5 couple for our trip and it was very spacious and comfortable. The place was very nice inside and communication with the owner was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party with a group of twelve and the house was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again :) Only thing was the trundle beds in the bunk room don’t really pull out, it seems they get stuck on the carpet. We didn’t need to use them so it wasn’t a big deal but if you’re counting on them, I wouldn’t!

The propeety was nice and well maintained. Immediately located a vomit stay on a rug in the upstairs bedroom. Communicarion with owner was great via txt and calls but issues qith the Vrbo app. All ubers, neighbors, and security informed us of the neighborhood and issues ir comes with. Overall enjoyed my stay and would book again.

The house was spacious and clean and perfect for our big family. We really liked the location which was walkable to Zanies, Coffee and Hattie B’s!

We had a great stay at this property with our group of 5 couples. Only an 8 minute Uber ride to Broadway and the house is located in a nice area. Beds were comfortable and the property was clean and provided a great open kitchen/living area where we could all hang out together comfortably. The property provided everything we needed and communication with the host was quick and easy!

We loved the house! The rooms were perfect for our large group. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The whole house had everything we needed. Lynda was wonderful to work with and quick to respond to us. We would definitely stay again!

My family had a quick stopover in Nashville but wanted to be close to downtown to see some sights before heading off to other destinations. This property was as described and had plenty of beds for a family. Location was 10 mins from downtown tourist areas. Perfect place for our stay.

Great house w ample room for a big group. Would stay again. There were major storms when we were there and list power which caused some issues w the hot water heater but worked w property manager to fix. Great comms. Good location w plenty of food nearby. Area seemed safe. Would stay again.

We had a group of 12 stay for the CMAfest and we couldn't have picked a better house! It was so nice waking up in the morning cooking breakfast and having coffee on the front porch. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and more than enough room for us all to hangout in the common area before heading to Broadway. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet, Publix and Haddy B's is within walking distance, and an Uber is just minutes away (about a $10 trip). The only problem we had (which is anywhere you stay in Nash) was that check in was not until 4pm and we had to figure out where to store our luggage and I did not receive the rental agreement until the day of. But regardless everyone was raving about the house and some even preferred to stay back at times to hang at the house.

Such a great stay! The home was extremely clean and we had everything we needed upon check-in. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This vacation home was perfect for our family gathering of 9 adults. There were ample beds and bathrooms as well as plenty of space for hanging around together enjoying great cooking, game playing, and socializing. An uber to downtown was around $9 for 4 people or $25 for XL. The home is lovely and clean inside with tasteful decorations and not any clutter. The fixtures are all high-end and in good working order. The host, Lynda, made booking easy - even when VRBO had issues with my payment that caused me to have to create a second account just to pay for the reservation. Checkin/checkout was a breeze. Initially there were some broken chairs, but a handyman was sent the next day to fix. Overall wonderful stay.

Had a great time at Lynda’s with some visiting friends. The house is large and clean, and has a large living space and kitchen. The house is close to downtown, and was a ~$25 dollar Uber XL to Broadway or Midtown depending on the time. One thing of note is that we only found 10 beds while we were there. It is possible there were additional pull out beds in the couch or somewhere else that we did not notice, but just to note that there were 10 made up beds when we arrived, and there other two would likely be in the common space. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

This is a fabulous place to stay with a large group. We had 9 people-my husband and I, our 5 grown children and two additional young adults. This home was a perfect place for everyone to sleep comfortably. The three full baths are a huge plus. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. We were able to easily reheat and serve a Thanksgiving dinner for 12 that we purchased from Whole foods. Fabulous! The kitchen/living area is perfect for large group gatherings-meals, movies or games! This home is situated perfectly. Close to the grocery store, fabulous coffee shop (8th and Roast), a great Thai place, The Smiling Elephant, AND is walkable to the cute section called Waverly. We were downtown in minutes by car. We avoided the highways most days, and found Nashville quaint and quite easy to navigate. Our family vacation was a huge success thanks to Lynda. She is helpful and available at a moment's notice. She is willing to offer suggestions when asked. She is a good communicator. I highly recommend this home, and hope to return to it on our next visit to Nashville.

Lynda was an excellent host. She was extremely responsive throughout the weekend and checked in daily to make sure everything was okay. The beds are extremely comfortable! The first floor common area is really cozy and welcoming. The Uber rides to Broadway were about 10 minutes each way so very easy. This house was a perfect spot for a ladies weekend away!

We had a great time celebrating our birthdays. We had a group of 12 with 3 celebrating birthdays. This was a great location. Easy to Uber downtown.

This home was fabulous! The host was attentive, helpful and very responsive. The home itself was warm and inviting, but also full of modern amenities. The variety of spaces to spend time with family, as well as spaces to cozy up with a book where everywhere. I loved the openness and bright and airy feel. Tons of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, an awesome loft space…it’s was just great. But the center piece to it all was the awesome kitchen! Top notch appliances, excellent design and plenty of space to cook and spend time with family. Everyone in our family just loved this house! If I ever visit Nashville again…I already know where I’m going to stay!!! Enjoy!

I booked the house for 9 of us to celebrate some birthdays. We loved the house, it was beautiful and spacious! It was very close to Broadway and a lot of other cool restaurants and stores. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for our weekend trip to Nashville and loved the property! House is very large and clean, and the location is perfect, being very close to downtown Nashville and other shops and restaurants but also in a quiet area. The homeowner was great to work with and made everything easy.

The house was beautiful with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Only critique is it would have been nice to have few extra amenities like a pitcher, shaker, patio furniture out back, extra throw blankets, etc but overall we loved it and looking to possibly book again next year!

The house is very comfortable, roomy and well decorated. . The neighborhood is so nice and pleasant to walk. Publix, liquor store, restaurants all walkable. Ride to downtown is 10 minutes at most. Lynda responds to all questions immediately. We would definitely book again.

The house was just as described and Lynda was a pleasure to coordinate with! My girlfriends and I had a great time. There was plenty of sleeping space, a great kitchen, the location was convenient, Ubers around were easy to get and I'd definitely recommend!

The photos online don’t do this house justice. It’s so beautiful and has top of the line amenities. The kitchen and baths were stunning! We had plenty of room for our group of 16 women to spread out. Lynda was so helpful and quickly answered any question we asked. She even called before our stay to clarify questions I had and messaged daily to check in on us!

This is a great property for large groups with easy access to downtown. Quick responses from owners. There was a lot of noise from neighboring houses but that was only loud in the bedroom above the garage. My friend already wants to book this again for her family.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Conveniently located, just about 10 minutes from everything worth seeing and doing. Our host, Lynda, was incredibly sweet, responsive, and accommodating. She allowed us to check in a little early which was a huge help. The place is basically brand new, spotless, and super comfortable. The mattresses and bedding were all very comfy. All high end appliances and finishes. Parking was super simple. 5 stars across the board!
