За свои деньги отлично. Почти по всем критериям сплошные плюсы. Проще сказать что не так (см. ниже).

Если, вы любите тишину, то тут подходящих номеров, похоже, нет. Здание у дороги и окна всех номеров (если не ошибаюсь) выходят на дорогу. Я просил тихий номер, но за окном ездят машины, их слышно даже с закрытыми окнами. А если открыть окно, шум ужасный, машины ездят прямо под ним. Отсюда вытекает связанная проблема, кондиционера нет, без открытого окна душно и неприятно дышать. А с открытым шум. Поэтому приходится выбирать одно из зол.

Sehr gute Kommunikation, perfekte Lage

Very comfy bed and soundproof windows. You can sleep very well although the room faces a large noisy street. Extremely well organized accommodation for short and long-term stays. Washer and dryer are super cool. You can also use the kitchen. The shower is the best! Handy and fairly priced parking lot. Quite modern building. Everything works with the magnetic key you get given.

The radiator was set on 23.5°C, way too hot for me. The staff is very good at sending automatic messages but does not bother answering the guests' messages, even after days. Not nice. The check-in instructions are quite complicated, they just didn't work. After having sent messages through Booking.com without getting any answers and having called getting answers like "it's all good, you'll get your code to get into the accommodation before 3 pm", I found myself in front of the door at 3 pm without a code and I had to call the "reception" number to get my key. I had driven for 12 hours when I got there and I wished I had already everything ready to go to bed, just like I had tried to organise in the past 2 days.

Large room, new refurbishments, great location, cheap price

While the online reception is a great idea, it gave it a feel of insecurity and extra effort in downloading the app. Given this, I‘d recommend this property to the younger generation.

Clean and Cosy

Really close to the city center. Super clean. The staff was really helpuful even in the middle of the night when my app for the key didn't work . Yay for the parking space.

Online check in was easy and instructions were clear. The apartment was clean, quiet and had good facilities. Large bedroom with plenty of space and comfortable beds.

Great renovated building. Seamless self check-in experience. We checked in around 10pm and left around 8am. I really hope such a self check in would soon become a norm in the hospitality industry. Good location. Close to the center. Easy to reach with the public transport. Spacious room. It really feels like a good budget option for a few weeks stay.

The doors to the shared rooms need some lubricant.
