A very comfortable and sizeable cottage with lots to do around the area. Bedrooms are large, great deck and outdoor space, nice fire place, very clean and cozy. We would stay here again. Excellent communication with the owner.

I don’t know where to begin….. everything was fantastic. Easy to get to from the highway. Surroundings were absolutely beautiful although there were other properties close by the beautiful landscape and trees made this a very serene, quiet and private experience. James was very communicative right from the start of the reservation, given the Covid lockdowns with additional requirements and precautions he made us feel very comfortable with travelling and staying at Woodsong. There was lots do do around town and also nice to do next to nothing listening to the birds and trees move in the wind. Beds, pillows and blankets were super comfy and clean. Kitchen was stocked with anything you would need and more…even found a crockpot and air fryer. Bathroom was clean shower was fantastic. The whole family enjoyed themselves. Thank you again.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Hidden Valley. The chalet is very comfortable, clean and well equipped for our family of 5. Lots of space. Very easy access to ski hill - just a minutes walk. Nice, quiet neighbourhood.

We stayed in Deanna and James's cottages for three nights. They were very nice and cooperative. They had everything in their cottage. We felt like we are at home. James replies text in a seconds. So, we never had any concerns if we need to know something about the cottage. Most probably, no one will contact him to ask a question because he answered all of the questions in his welcome package. I will definitely go there again soon. I strongly recommend it.

My husband and I took the drive from Niagara to Huntville to stay for 3 nights for our anniversary.From the moment of booking James and Deanna there to answer any question we had. The gave us info on the area; places to buy good steak, tips about canoeing and things to do, place to see. They are extremely responsive and checked in to make sure all the info came over from the app. Upon our arrival we found an immaculately clean cottage. It was spacious, had plenty of sitting areas inside and out, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and a basement. James and Deanna went above and beyond and left us a note and a bottle of wine for our anniversary. They are super thoughtful, reliable and awesome people. We plan on booking again in the summer months and bring our kids back with us so they can enjoy it as well.Great for couples and families, secluded and safe yet close to everything you would need.

Having a well-equipped kitchen and deck meant our meal options were quite expansive. The chalet itself was cozy, warm and clean with comfortable beds and really nice indoor/outdoor spaces. It's close enough to all the amenities of Huntsville without having to stay right in town. There is no cable for the TV but there is excellent wi-fi and a wide selection of movies available. We knew this ahead of our stay and brought own streaming device to hook-up to their TV. There was also a plug right by the parking for my electric car which was super convenient.Our host, James was an excellent communicator and very quick to respond both before and during our stay. I hope to be able to bring my family up for a winter visit soon!
