we stayed in Vincentia for a 4 night stay nice enough place to stay clean and comfortable, plenty of space, good sized living area/ dining and kitchen nice deck, we had the opportunity to have dinner on the deck 1 night which was nice close to the white sands walk and beach side walks easy access to Vincentia shops be mindful that it is on a main road, there is a little bit of road traffic noise in the bedroom in the morning we encountered quite a bad smell in the upstairs living area each afternoon when we returned from a day out. it took a fair bit of airing out each day

The home was beautiful and well kept, and the location was perfect. We had an issue with not having any hot water at 8pm for our showers on the first night, but it was fine the second night which was a relief.

Check in process was easy. Property is well maintained and clean. We loved the board games and TV options as we had a couple of rainy days. Lovely view of the ocean. Nice place to stay.

Great property, perfect for our family of four. Close to beach, walks and shops. The house was clean, warm and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, linen provided was great and lots of comfy pillows. A great well-organised clean space to stay.

We loved our recent stay, the unit was so homely we could have stayed forever. So clean and comfortable with a wonderful feel. Only suggestions would be ceiling fans in bedrooms and a new coffee machine, everything else was perfect. Definitely will be staying again.

Lovely decor, super comfy beds, allocated parking spot, very clean and fully furnished with everything we needed including coffee machine, BBQ, all cleaning products and even Tupperware to take our picnics to the beach. Great location too with a short walk to the Vincentia shopping village and Coles supermarket or just a 5 min drive to the other shopping centre with Woolworths and Aldi up the road. Orion’s Beach is minutes away as well as other surrounding beaches in a short walk or drive away. We would highly recommend and love to stay here again.
