Great location easy walk to beach. Some views of ocean and beach. House clean and only issue was WiFi outage that affected all of Dillon Beach. Nice little escape we recommend.

This house was a fantastic place for our family vacation. The house had plenty of space for the five of us. The remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. The views of the beach from the front deck and the proximity to the beach made this an ideal place to stay. Dillon Beach is a beautiful area. We all hated to leave.

Great location, very clean and great access to Dillon Beach. My wife and 2 adult children had plenty of space and each had their own room. We were able to drive to San Francisco for the day and then come back to enjoy the beach. The little store was within walking distance and had food and souvenir options. Wonderful location and a great place to just relax.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath home was perfect for our long weekend! Loved the location and the short walk to the beach and store. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! We had a relaxing few days ahead of Thanksgiving, we made a mini-Thanksgiving dinner and had pretty much everything we could need in the kitchen. The house was very clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for our family of 5. The walk to the beach or Coastal Kitchen/The Market were super easy. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately our son and his friend were unable to make it. There was more than enough room for us. Very short walk to beach and corner store. People were very friendly. It was a very pleasant stay. The house was neat and clean and super easy to keep it that way during our stay. Will definitely revisit!

Had a great gals trip to Dillons Beach. House was very clean, everything appeared to be in working order. Some of the beds could have been more comfortable and the downstairs bathroom / bedroom has kind of a strange set up. That being said we had a great time and we had everything we needed. Not our first time at Dillions but forgot the little restaurant there was not open on M-T-W which was a drag. Would totally stay here again.

Very clean and easy stay. The downstairs bedrooms are a little weird. You can’t access one of the rooms when someone is taking a shower. Other than that, it was a great stay.

pots and pans need to be upgraded , one saucepan? PLUS went to use the bar b q which was included and NO PROPANE otherwise this house is fine

The property was very clean. Great location. Great for day trips for hiking in Northern California and for walking on the beach. Be prepared for fog and cold water temps but scenery is beautiful. Only recommendations would be that owner get beach towels and frying pans are far beyond usable.

Better views of ocean than expected. This nice house has a great location. Easy short walk to beach and store. Even saw momma and baby deer lounging right out the back window a couple afternoons. Pictures and description of Casa Tranquillity are perfect.

We have been going to Dillon Beach for decades. This was our first time staying in this house and we’ll definitely be coming back!! The house was very clean, well stocked and had a great layout with lots of room. It was walking distance to the beach which was great with little kids.

Our family had a great time staying here. Everything looked newly upgraded. It’s a short walk to the local market and eatery. We had family camping nearby and this location was very convenient.

Everyone agreed this house is a great place to stay! Its located in the village and just a short walk to the beach. House was supplied with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We lucked out with the weather too! Little rain with lots of sun!

We enjoyed this home very much - comfortable, clean and located in the heart of Dillon Beach. An easy walk to the beach, when it wasn't raining. :-) It would be nice if it had beach towels for when the weather is good, but we didn't need them this trip.

The locations was great; easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious and we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner easily. The living room and dining area were great too. There were some issues with the sleeping arrangements as there was only one king size bed upstairs and one of the downstairs bedrooms had a double and twin and the other downstairs bedroom had a trundle bed in a very small room. It all worked out but I should have checked the bed arrangement carefully when first booked.

My family and I (2 adults, 3 kids ages 9 and under) had a wonderful time at this house. We loved the close proximity to the beach (via the Bumblebee path - it's steep but not too long!) and to the general store/restaurant at the Dillon Beach Resort. Plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Place is only a short walk to the beach. Really nice place with easy parking. If your looking for night life this is not your place. Only a small store and restaurant in the town. Both had everything we needed but place shuts down after 8 pm. Great for a quiet relaxing vacation.

We had a mom, grandma and 3 teens for a few. I guys. Location is great. Super clean. Well-appointed kitchen. Bummer to not have laundry (my fault - didn’t read fine print) but we worked it out. Would rent again for sure!!!
