The host was very friendly, and the room was utterly lovely. Very clean in the room, comfy bed (if you like a soft mattress!). Please be aware this is a spare room on a new build estate, in someone's home.

No heating put on at all so I was freezing the whole night and didn't sleep at all. Appreciate the cost of living crisis but it was actually quite painful! The bathroom was not as clean as I would have hoped and had a lot of other people's hair in the shower (which I didn't use as a result) and odd marks on the loo seat, but I may be being picky. As I said, It's someone's home, not a hotel. I would have mentioned the above issues at the time but the host was in bed (I assume) by the time I returned at 8.15pm and wasn't up when I left at 9am the next morning. There is a notice on the front door about locking up for safety reasons, but I was extremely concerned to discover no lock on the actual bedroom door as a single female traveller and understanding there was a lodger in the house too. Having said the above, for £50 odd a night near to the airport it's all a bit subjective. For me I won't be back, but for someone else I am sure it would be a great stay if they have higher tolerance to cold and locks on doors

Didn't like the fact we weren't even given the chance to be listened too or replied to properly by email or on the phone on the day of our arrival , and then when we did get a call back and the proprietor not handling the problem/situation in a professional manner to rectify it and shouting at me down the phone telling me and my partner to basically get "stuffed" after the fact that we eventually got the key code and said we are coming back and then been told me and my partner that we were not welcome there if we did come back and park up.....most rude!!....and no respect given to the customer what so ever!......we then had trouble finding other accommodation within our budget and this experience made us both exstremely upset and distraught...

This was a clean, tidy and cosy room with ensuite bathroom. The facilities in this room are excellent. I would definitely recommend to any one

Nobody at property could not check in.so could not stay. Have contacted the property and owner said they will contact Booking.com to arrange compensation.

No breakfast. No possibility to have a meal nearby so no diner. No breakfast either.

If you have a car, it will be alright. If not tuff luck!

Location- calm area, not noisy

Bathroom- upon arrival the bathroom sink and toilet was dirty. I could spot hairs and dusts and it didnt not look cleaned!
