Booked this house for the privacy and how senior and kid friendly it was. Getting there and check in process was very simple and easy. The house is stocked with everything you need. The walk in shower is amazing and the bedrooms are wonderful and was just what we needed. The backyard is fully fenced in with a fire pit and hot tub. We built a fire every night and enjoyed sitting around it after enjoying a soak in the hot tub. The hot tub can be turned down or up based on your heat preference. Everything worked in the home as it should and it was very clean. The location was great for us because we left in the morning and went to mount pleasant and Charleston and enjoyed those areas all day into the evening and then when we were ready to go back it was a short drive back. Having a private place vs a condo or hotel is worth it to me when on vacation. You can’t go wrong with booking this house for your next trip to Charleston. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. I would recommend this house to anyone and I would stay there again.

4 night stay, wanted to be close to charleston but not caught up in the traffic. neighborhood was good, there was construction or building of some sort that would happen in the morning. we enjoyed the hot tub and liked that the yard was fenced in. House was stocked with cookware and bathroom needs which was helpful. we did find a few live cockroaches in the master bedroom and the bedroom with two beds. I let the host know upon check out so she could make housekeeping aware. i would return again.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. The owner obviously takes a lot of pride in the house. It has been fully renovated with very nice appliances.

I would highly recommend staying here! This house was SUPER clean and had everything we needed including a full kitchen and a hot tub! The beds were comfy to sleep in and the outdoor space was relaxing with the hot tub, lights, and the outdoor seating. If you are looking to go into Charleston it’s only a 30-45 min drive into downtown which is very convenient! The check in process was very easy and the host was very nice with everything! Definitely recommend staying here!

We can’t say thank you enough! We’ve been in an apartment for two years and wanted a private escape that our fur baby could enjoy and you absolutely delivered!
High end finishes throughout with so many thoughtful touches! It truly is home away from home!
We took every meal on the patio. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit immensely! We roasted hotdogs and toasted marshmallows. We played darts and corn hole.
We walked our dog in the neighborhood and believe there to be several military and/or retirees living there due to the many flags displayed.
It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely stay next visit! Thanks again!

Family of 5, perfect place to relax after running the Bridge run. Great communication with owner. Fantastic updates in house, kitchen and bath. Clean and spacious yard, fire pit, hammock. Easy 15 minute ride to downtown. Would absolutely stay again.

Two moms with two teenage daughters on a short 3-day trip to celebrate birthdays. The house was absolutely perfect for our stay - everything was so clean, updated and well-stocked. The bathroom had plenty of toiletries, t-paper and towels. Shower was a large walk-in with double shower heads. It was a perfect choice for our time in Charleston. Only drawback was the neighborhood. This owner has done a beautiful job with the house and it is obvious the improvements are continuing in the backyard outdoor space. Would stay again for a similar -type trip. My family and I stayed here in early November 2022 for a long weekend. We had two adults, two teens, and two small dogs. The property was great and had a very nice fenced-in backyard for the dogs. The property was clean and had all the amenities that you would need and expect for a rental like this. This is in an older neighborhood, but the property itself was obviously updated to modern style and amenities. Communication with the owner was perfect and we had a great stay at this property. Having stayed at many VRBO properties, we found this to be a great rental and recommend it for others.

This owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is amazing, the sidewalk is extra wide and there are grab bars in the bathroom as well. I walk with a cane and found this property to be easy to access and use. From the comfortable furniture to the fenced in backyard this property was great! The neighborhood is oddly quiet minus the rare car with music a little loud. (Very rare). Loved this property!!!! Myself and my 3 teens stayed here with our therapy dog and there was plenty of space.

Lovely, Clean Home
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Youlia’s Vrbo! The house was exceptionally clean when we arrived and all the amenities we could need were there. The backyard was amazing and our dogs absolutely loved getting to play out there. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome Stay!
Very clean, safe and comfortable stay. New appliances, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Lots of amenities. Everything was nice inside and a large, fenced backyard made it great for our pets. Our host was very friendly and communicative. Location was close proximity to Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this home.

Home away from home
We rented this home to be able to visit family in the area. The pictures were spot on. Everyone enjoyed the comfy beds and shower. So much better than a cramped hotel room. We had a great time, and the property manager was fabulous in her communication,

Weekend Family Time
We picked up one of our sons from Shaw AF Base for some much needed family time in Charleston. The house was exactly what we needed for 6 adults. It was very clean, super cute, all updated, and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook big breakfasts before we set out for the days. We even used the private fenced yard for more visiting time and cooked a low country boil.

Wonderful place to stay for a family vacation
We booked for a week and the house was perfect. Being 5 adults and a 3 year old, we were not cramped and on top of one another. There were many amenities to the house that contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. Hope to stay again next year.

Beautiful Home
The home was beautiful and modern. The location was nice and quiet. We ended up driving into Charleston and other local areas each day but the drive was not bad.... 30 mins or so to each destination.

Great Home, Poor Location
The house has been completely renovated and has been decorated beautifully. It boasts smart TVs, a well stocked kitchen, cozy family seating, and comfortable beds. The front yard is landscaped well and is quite appealing and aesthetically pleasing.
The home is located in a transitional neighborhood with many foreclosed homes, boarded up homes, homes with overgrown yards and trash, and obvious eviction notices posted on several doors. It's a quiet neighborhood through the week.

Had a wonderful time! And the house being handicapped accessible for my handicapped mother.
The fenced in back yard was awesome for my dogs, and the house was nice inside as well. Everything was available for us for cooking, etc. The tv was not a winner for us because we couldn't watched live tv shows. However, we enjoyed ourselves a lot!

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood
We stayed for the weekend. Myself, wife, friend, and two pups. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. Fenced in large backyard was perfect for our pups. Neighborhood was alive with kids but still very quiet and peaceful. Safe neighborhood. We had to leave our trailer unhitched in the road because driveway had too much of an angle and no one messed with it. Owner was quick to respond to questions and very nice. Definitely stay here again when back in the area. Great home!!!

Beautiful little place
We were thrilled with this little find. The owner has done a really nice job updating this little ranch. it's clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our pups loved the backyard. My only suggestion would have been to have check in/out instructions the day before. We were already driving in both cases and never realky got any check out instructions. Not a complaint just a suggestion. The owner was very responsive when we inquired.
