Our stay was quite enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect as much of our time was spent in the downtown area, near the river. The beds were very comfortable, first time getting tepur-pedic mattresses at one of our VRBO stays. I know we were early spring, wish the furniture could have been on the deck from the closet. We were fine as we always over pack and had some lawn chairs along. Thank you for a good stay.

Great place to stay when you want to your downtown La Crosse 🥰

The property is listed as a luxury condo, but I'd more accurately describe it as an apartment. The check-in process was great and communication with the property manager was good as well. The walls in this apartment are paper thin. You can hear the person next door talking clear as day, so if they so much as raise their voice or have multiple people in their apartment, it's as if they are right there in your apartment. The apartment was very clean. It was missing some simple things, like hangers, which when you are traveling with 3 people and have a large amount of clothes to hang, can pose a problem. There's a full walk-in closet, but no way to hang clothes up. The beds are 5 inch hard memory foam. So if you like a plush mattress, you will struggle mightily to get a good night's sleep. The location of the unit is great. Easily walking distance to countless bars and restaurants. Having the parking garage as well as the outside reserved spot is a great plus. The rooftop half basketball court was a huge plus, as we were in town for a middle school state tournament. If I were traveling with a couple buddies, or alone, this would be a great spot and I would stay here again. However, it is not somewhere I would stay again with my family. Overall, a decent place in a great location in an awesome city.

Really cool layout and location. The property is very nice with good amenities and security. When staying keep in mind that heat rises so the loft area will be much warmer than the downstairs. I recommend lowering the heat about an hour or two before going to sleep, it will be plenty warm up there.

Great weekend! Great place! Great location. We chose to stay at this great condo knowing there was only one shower for the 6 of us. The only small issue we discovered is the queen bedroom didn’t have a closet and the air circulation was poor if the bedroom door was closed. All was good when the door was left open. Overall, we really like this place and would absolutely stay there again.

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. We wanted a clean, upscale place and this fit the bill perfectly. Also conveniently close to downtown La Crosse area, restaurants, museums, churches and shops. Underground parking a definite plus. Made unloading in the pouring rain much easier! Minimalist decor reassures one on cleanliness aspect in my opinion. Balcony is a nice spot to have morning coffee, which was provided. Very nice, would definitely return.

The spaciousness of the condo allowed our family to be together for the weekend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I came to La Crosse to celebrate my sons birthday and visit friends. The location was perfect for all the great places in the area. The condo was not only wonderful, it had everything you could need and very clean. I did not want to leave and hope to return in the summer.

Great location for all the planned activities we had. Loved having the parking underneath building for car and bikes, it was raining and cold the day we packed to leave. Very clean and secure.

Spenser was amazingly responsive to any questions I had and the place is great. Only thing we didn’t like is living room furniture not comfy for just hanging out. Also when heat kicks in the upstairs loft gets really warm and main level stays a little cool.

Great property, right downtown La Crosse. Condo is super clean and has every amenity you would ever need. Owner is very communicative. Would recommend and/or book again.

My husband and I were so happy with the location, cleanliness and ease of check in. I think we liked the heated garage a bit due to the below zero temps.🥶🥶 I would stay here again. The walk to downtown was 4-5 blocks, so conveinent!! Just an overall, comfortable, modern, updated place. We felt at home😀😀

This couldn't have been a better place with a better location. It was absolutely amazing! So many things to do and the lodging was amazing also. They thought of everything. I loved having all the amenities of home at this place. The only downfall are the neighbors in 415. They are absolutely batshit crazy and so is their son! Be prepared! We did not let them ruine our fun. We can not say how much fun we had! You can tell the owner cares about your stay! I loved that this was a secured building. Great feature when you're away from home. Thank you!

THE ROOM CLAIMED TO BE A SECOND BEDROOM IS NOT A CODE COMPLIANT SLEEPING ROOM (I'm an architect). I INTEND TO REPORT THIS OWNER AND YOUR COMPANY TO THE CITY OF LACROSSE BUILING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT FOR THAT VIOLATION AND OTHERS.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. Comfortable beds, great location, all the amenities needed. Only suggestion is provide two key fobs. My husband and I were going in different directions in town but then had to meet back for one of us to let the other in.

We had never stayed in an urban loft and really enjoyed the feel, the space, the decor, and the location of this unit. It is an easy stroll to great restaurants and to the riverfront. Spenser went to great lengths to provide everything needed for a great stay. The unit is secure, modern, and with great amenities. We enjoyed shooting baskets and playing bags on the rooftop, and having breakfast on the balcony. A wonderful stay!

What a great new place to stay! We have grown to love LaCrosse for 2-3 day stays and a quick drive from SE Iowa. Lots to do, friendly people and superior dining! This was our first time at this Hub on 6th property and it was lovely. Spacious, sparkling clean, great location for walking to shop, dine and strolling along the River. And the price is certainly more affordable than a typical hotel stay. We dealt with Hailey for phone questions and she was wonderfully helpful! We were lucky to happen upon the air show weekend and could watch the Blue Angels from our lovely balcony, We will certainly book this property again!

Great location. Simple and comfortable. Better than a hotel with space for our family to relax. We made breakfast in the condo before college move out and graduation.

The accommodations were absolutely amazing. The location was perfect and within walking distance of so many things! I would highly recommend anyone going to La Crosse to book this condo! There were so many little touches to this place that just made everything so comfy and relaxing.

I stayed here with my husband and 3 sons: 21, 21, and 18. They used the workout room and the rooftop basketball court several times during our 3 night stay. My husband and I played bags a couple times. My family was a little disappointed by the TV channel selection. It was the NCAA Final Four weekend and we couldn't get the game on the TV. Luckily we had a computer and an HDMI cord to be able to watch the games. We were able to walk to the restaurants in downtown La Crosse. If one was busy, we had several options just steps away. Riverside Park was a beautiful place to toss a football and baseball around. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was a great spot to gather for our father’s 87th birthday and was also a nice place to stay for out of town family!

We had a great winter weekend getaway and visit with our daughter who attends UWL. Spenser is an excellent host, and the downtown location was the perfect spot. Loved the large windows, natural lighting, decor and view of the city. Condo is spotless and we enjoyed all its comforts! Hope to visit again.

We booked this condo for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! Walking distance from tons of bars, shops and restaurants downtown. We never had to take a single cab. The condo is beautiful, well appointed and lush. The loft was wonderfully romantic and a great place to celebrate our engagement, as my fiancée proposed over the weekend! We loved having it as a home base for all our adventures. We can’t wait to come back and celebrate for years to come. Spenser was AWESOME to work with and so responsive. He always got back to us within 30 min and was even kind enough to help us extend our stay when we just couldn’t bear to leave yet. Thank you Spenser for a perfect weekend that we will always remember!

We came to Lacrosse for a hockey tournament. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Loved the location to downtown, warm garage, and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and we left feeling relaxed and well rested.
