2 couples- we rented for our annual long week. The beds were comfortable. The grounds and house were clean when we arrived. It is in a good location close to the main drag. That is it for what we liked. FYI For the price you can find better places in the same area. Vacasa rental agency but never have liked Vacasa unfortunately stuck with them at a lot of PS rentals. Overpriced $49/day charge to heat the spa/pool which we declined cause it was April don't need to heat pool but were not able to use the spa. See what we did not like.

So many things wrong we didn't call the rental agency because we didn't want them there fixing things all week. Owners/rental agency take notes and fix: Front door knob kept coming off, bathroom doorknob came off, ants in bathroom, master toilet (read this in 2 reviews-still not fixed) keeps running unless you fiddle with it, master left sink leak drips 16oz/hr (measured with pint cup), both hairdryers do not work, b-b-q burner out knobs are falling apart, backyard umbrella broken unusable, worst supplied kitchen for price point pots/pans are trashed, probably cause only one spatula metal and ruined the non stick pans, dishwasher did not clean/dry(hand washed dishes), refrigerator door ice dispenser clogs and then when you open it leaks water all over the floor, no mop to clean up, 1 key provided PITA to share lockbox mounted very low. These issues need addressing! 1. NO hot pads or oven mitts provided. 2 small kitchen towels provided, person got burned removing item from oven. We bought towels and hot pads. 2. The gate from the car parking area hangs up on the cement cause it's sagging. To close it completely you need to grab the gate and lift and pull it closed. The natural place to grab it is near the clasp. There are nail points sticking out where they mounted the clasp - someone cut their fingers on the points closing the gate. All small not costly fixes, If it was your house you would fix. But it isn't and they aren't. Annoying things that as a renter you don't want to have to deal with on vacation. A car with DC plates was stored there, maybe the owners are back East not there a lot and don't care? I bet if the water issues got fixed the owner will save a bunch of money on their water bill. Maybe with the savings offer a reasonable fee to heat the spa. Neglect, and no attention to detail at this place is laughable, a bit dangerous if not careful, not going back.
