The location was good, close to the Capitol complex

The rooms are nothing like the pictures. They are old and the furniture has seen better days. The room was not clean (dust on a lot of surfaces) the sheets were dirty and had holes in them. When we asked for a taxi, they quoted us double what we ended up paying with a different company. There was no restaurant and they don't allow food from the outside

The hоtel location is just perfect, not far from the lake where all residents spend time before he sunset. There are a lot of restaurants around, and the area is not noisy. The room was clean and neat , and the bathroom was shiny, comfortable, with free toiletries. They have room service, so you can order food without going out.

There was a lack of natural light, but it's not about this hotel only: it's specific to this city made of brick boxes with small windows.

Unfriendly staff. Cleanliness is not there, no sufficient toiletries. No Dental kit available. No Breakfast available.

All the things I have mentioned in above point needs to get improved.

The hotel is near to sukhna lake and rock garden. There is market nearby for essential items. Parking was available. Hotel food was decent.

The toilet was leaking slightly.

The staff wasn't helpful, rooms weren't clean, I was charged more money than agreed via booking.com. I recommend nobody to stay at that place.

The location is very convenient. The rooms are modern. Breakfast is small but okay. Staff was nice.

Cool neighborhood and not so crowded. Prime locations like Rock Garden and Sukhna Lake are hardly 15 minutes driving distance away. There is a small store where groceries, juice, etc. are available. The railway station too is 20 minutes driving distance from the property. The reception also arranged a cab for us to go to Shimla at a discounted rate. Staff is really helpful!

I was expecting the room to be slightly bigger. Food is good but slightly expensive. I wasn't happy with their fresh lime soda and would not recommend it in case you are looking for a drink!
