It looks just like the pictures. Very nicely decorated, very clean, and everything we needed for our trip. What we liked most was when you open the back door you step out onto your own deck, then down the stairs and you are on the beach. After staying here it would be very difficult to go back to a condo. We had a chance to meet the owners (retired military 🇺🇸 ) super nice couple and very accommodating. We would love to come back and stay again.

We loved our trip! Our friends had unit two next door. Beautifully decorated and appointed, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. This location allows us to walk on the beach before coffee on the patio and allows us the convenience of walking up for drinks, food or cooling off with ease. Highly recommend!

Great beach home, will rent again if headed to PCB

Great location, property and host. Jessica was wonderful available if needed. This location is right on the beach, close to restaurants and the marina. Lots of room to stretch out and enjoy the updated accommodations.

Great property right on the beach! My kids loved being able to walk right to the beach. Umbrella and chair service was great. Jessica was great to work with and available anytime! I would definitely recommend!

The place was just as described. Recently remodeled. The location was just perfect! We walked out the back door and stepped right onto the beach. Gorgeous view of the sunset each night. The host responded quickly to any communications. All the best restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. We are locals in Bay County and would recommend this place to anyone coming to relax for a few days at the world’s most beautiful beaches.

Jessica and her townhouse made the entire trip PERFECT. The townhouse is located on one of my favorite stretches of the beach, steps from Schooners and a short drive to St. Andrew State park. The townhouse was CLEAN, the beds were super comfy, THREE bathrooms that made life extra easy and a well appointed kitchen. Jessica was super responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We will be back for another trip to stay. Thank you for making our family time so much nicer!

We have stayed at this property more than once, it is the only property in PCB that we were so impressed with that we came back. It is a beautifully renovated property. The fact that towels, beach chair set up, beach umbrella set up, and beach toys are included make this property unique. Having direct access to the beach without a long walk is divine too if you have kids. The quality of bedding and towels makes it feel upscale for us adults. The owner even comes right over for any concerns. I’m hard pressed to think of any constructive negative feedback.

What a trip! Besides spending time with family and friends, this place added the final touch to a perfect vacation. The check-in process was super easy. Immediately when we walked in, everyone was very pleased with this property. Beautifully decorated rooms, well organized and stocked with everything we needed. And so many extras! We comfortably slept 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Having 3 full bathrooms was a big plus. I’ve stayed at several VRBO and this is definitely at the top. We were right on the beach! Schooners is just a short walk( which we made often). If you are looking for the perfect home right on the beach, this is the place!!

This property was perfect for three couples getting away for a long weekend. We did grocery delivery through Winn Dixie and scheduled an 8 am delivery so our food came in the morning after our late arrival. The property owner was extremely great to work with and super responsive! I was pleasantly surprised that the cost of groceries, souvenirs, etc. didn’t feel marked up for the tourist location. Overall a truly fantastic experience.

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. This is first VRBO stay and we were more than pleased. We had 9 people and slept in two rooms, 5 in one and 4 in other with kids on air mattresses on floor in king room: one shower towel and one beach towel was provided to use per person. The location has two large condo complexes on each side of it which provides from some fun people watching while enjoying the beach. The AC and fridge worked great. Great ice maker to keep up with all the people. We hope to return and may also rent unit next door next time. The unit smelled clean and fresh and the owners are super sweet people. They provided lots of tips for traveling to the area. Great outdoor seating space on a deck with direct beach access. Water spicket to clean feet before entering and exit home to eliminate sand in house. Fantastic experience. Thank you Jessica and family for being such amazing hosts.

Had a wonderful stay in your townhouse beach front property. Very clean and modern. Completely updated. Beds were very comfortable. View of beach was awesome. Close to everything within walking distance or a short drive.. Jessica was easy to deal with and contact. Very easy checking and check out. Kitchen utensils were clean and spotless. Overall this was a 5 star stay and would stay here again on our next Panama City Beach stay.

Property is located at quieter end of Panama City, yet minutes to shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store. I love not having to fight crowds for parking spaces and elevators like large condo units. It literally is steps away from the beach so it is easy to go back and forth to the condo for snacks/potty breaks for little ones. My kids did miss not having a pool, but we preferred it because who pays big bucks to go to a pool when you have the entire ocean? The property looks as advertised. The manager is very organized so everything is labeled— no searching for kitchen items or which light switch controls what light (a pet peeve of other rentals)! The bedding and towels are hotel quality to the point I looked at labels to see where they were purchased. We loved that their philosophy is to “pack light”— they have beach towels, full size crock pot, spices, so no need to bring these bulky/extra items. The only thing not newly remodeled is the bathtubs in bathrooms. The master shower is narrow, so for folks who are big or tall, you may need to use shower in another bathroom. No issues where we had to contact manager. We’ve stayed a dozens of PC VRBOS and this is the first one we have ever rebooked, so I vouch we had a great experience!

We stayed here over Christmas 2020 and had a wonderful stay!! The view is amazing from the first and second floor. The deck was a nice size with plenty of room for us to relax in the comfy zero gravity chairs and soak up the sun. Waking up every morning and being able to walk out on the deck and watch the ocean waves was amazing! Also, watching the gorgeous sunsets from the deck was our favorite thing to do. This place is in a great location. Schooner's is a half block away. Also, very close to St. Andrew's Park and many other great attractions. Everything about the house helped make our stay so enjoyable. The townhome was very clean and stocked with everything you need. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was a wonderful host. I highly recommend staying here any season. PCB is great year round! We will be back!

This rental was perfect for our family. 2 bed/2 bath upstairs, where my family of 5 slept and downstairs open living/kitchen with 1/2 bath and washer dryer the opened literally onto the beach. My 3 boys stayed out in the sand as it's a pretty flat shelf from the home to the water. Plenty of room to build sand castles and play sports. Jessica was amazing - came by to check on us and even went out of her way to insure our vacation was a success. The unit is super clean, very updated, and they have added special touches like plenty of fresh new beach towels, multiple coffee makers, little things like salt/pepper/oil/dishwasher tabs, etc. If you are looking for a stand-out property amongst lots of dated condo rentals, this is it. Parking right in front of unit, beach access, local restaurants - one in walking distance by the beach, this is your place.

Excellent communication with property manager. Really enjoyed our stay and the location couldn't have been better. Plenty of room and loved our view from the deck.
