A/C was either very weak or broken.
No handheld shower or bidet.? Occasionally, you don’t want to take whole body shower…
If you are not a tall man and have a good eyes it’s pretty cumbersome and uncomfortable to shave.

The rooms were excellent and had very comfortable beds. The bathroom was well equipped and had plenty of room. Loved the swimming pool and the lobby was huge.

Easy check in. Staff members were welcoming.
Upon arriving to my room after check, the door was open and a maintenance worker was in the bathroom said to have been working on the faucet. The room that we were giving had a faulty key sensor. My young daughters and I were locked out of our room for hours. All of our belongs were inside of the room. We were in town for a volleyball tournament for my daughter’s team which we ended up being late to due to being locked out of the room.

Paid an upgraded fee to include 50$ resort credit. Customer service had zero record of that!!
Room (that I paid an upgraded fee for as it offered early check in and check out and a 50$ resort credit) had a terrible view.
There was women’s hair in the shower on the wall, a big clump of it!! There was used medication packs on the floor. Room was never cleaned properly.
I did not fuss as it was a very short stay.
Do better. Not impressed for a HILTON property!!
Love local and was just trying to have a nice relaxing night close to an event I was attending.

The cleanliness, space, and the look of the hotel was nice. Wish I could have used the pool but it was a little chilly that weekend. I will book again here if I need to travel.
I was a little taken back with the adjacent door in the room next door. Just for safety reason. I was a little concern.

One of the worst lazy staff I have even encountered. Breakfast restaurant staff was horrible. Front desk night staff bad.

Breakfast was amazing, as well as, the staff at the bar. I enjoyed the workout room and the overall layout of the hotel.

I liked the bar and restaurant , at the hotel . Me and my lady only got to see the bar but it was nice .

Location
The property seemed incomplete such as the pool was dirty, poorly managed, doors/ door latches not full fuctioning, brick work not complete. It just seemed it was not finished with construction.

The staff was attentive and quick. The location is nice and secluded from the hustle of Atlanta. The atmosphere was pleasant. The rooms were luxury. The Crabtree and Evelyn bath products were wonderful.
The pool is a touch small for the hotel.

Nice property, everything looks brand new and the staff was very friendly.
I got locked out because the card reader embedded in the door was not working. After going to the front desk they immediately knew the cause: batteries ran out. I will think that the maintenance department will have a program to keep replacing these batteries and avoid the inconvenience.
Also, we were on room 221 and Friday and Saturday in the evening, the music is so loud downstairs by the bar that if you have a light sleep or if you are trying to rest, it is impossible. I think it is a building design issue because that specific room is extremely exposed to that area. You can feel the vibration of the music inside the room.
Also, not a big deal but the pressure of the shower was too low, and the caulking between the wall and the the bathtub was coming off. It did not look good and you can see loose particles floating in the water.

I was not charged the price I had when I booked it. it was roughly $50 more when I checked in.
