Fun and relaxing place to rest your head. Very comfortable for all of us to lounge around and play games.

The furniture and decor is lovely, both inside and out. We used and loved all the different pool seating areas. There were TVs in the bedrooms and family rooms, great for our various basketball, Oscar and movie watchers. There are plenty of towels, the linens feel new, and the decor is lovely. We walked the neighborhood every evening, and while it is a neighborhood in transition, we felt perfectly comfortable. We were a little skeptical when we first arrived (having come from glitzier parts of Palm Springs), but the house and neighborhood grew on us every day til we were surprised we ever had doubts. Oh, and Demuth Park is a short walk. We went over for morning free pickleball at the public courts, and drop in basketball in the afternoons at the Demuth Community Center at the other end of the park.

It was clean with enough beds and baths for our group...plenty of towels for pool, hot tub and shower.

The property itself was great in regards to size and location for our party. Unfortunately, there were several issues, which made the stay less enjoyable as we were on the phone with management nearly every day. Upon arrival there was trash all over the front of the property from overturned trash can. We were given a code to enter the property through an electric gate, which did not work. We had to hop the fence and open manually. The shower in the casita/smaller house did not function at all (no water). The dishwasher in the main house was not draining so it could not be used. The jacuzzi never got hot, just warm. Several lightbulbs out throughout the house. Management did there best to address the above issues, the shower eventually got fixed, but the dishwasher was unable to be fixed, which resulted in a lot of hand dishwashing for our large group gathered for Thanksgiving meals. Would recommend management/owners do regular walk throughs to assure everything in working order. Would expect the property to be better maintained and functional for the price.

This was an executive retreat for 8 women. The house had plenty of space. One caveat that needs to be explained more clearly in the listing -- the house is really 2 completely separate homes. The smaller home has three bedrooms and two baths, the larger home has five bedrooms and 2 baths. We were anticipating only needing two people to share each bathroom. The fifth bathroom is actually in the pool house and ways away from bedrooms. Definitely not convenient unless you happen to be outside. Other than the inaccurate description, the property was nice and spacious for our group but not sure I'd recommend it for a non-familial group that is more used to sharing bathrooms.
