There was plenty of room for our family and plenty of fun for all ages 9 mos to 62!! The house is aptly supplied with everything you will need and want. It was very comfortable. The Vacasa team was quick in their response to all our inquiries and provided what we needed. Our family had so much fun we plan on returning to this same rental next year!!!

Nice house with beautiful grounds and pool area. My family has stayed here the past several years for a week. We have 12 family members and there is plenty of space. The home is spacious enough for all.

From chicken process it was terrible it said there was a locked gate with a code of park with no keypad available it took over an hour and a 1/2 and 5 different phone calls to different people to figure out how to open the front gate after traveling for 4 hours and having such bad instructions with little kids hungry and tired it was a disaster

We loved the layout of the house. The pool/spa were perfect for the enjoyment if all. The location is perfect, quiet and easy for walking/running plus close to hiking, parks and restaurants/shopping. There are several places outside to sit together while watching pool activities. We would rent this house again. The house is ready for some updates. Curtains need replacing in several rooms, kitchen needs some replacement items and rugs need cleaning. A thorough spring cleaning is needed.

This place was so well laid out, stocked and had so many great amenities. We had a few early issues, but the management team came out right away to resolve them and the rest of our week went swimmingly! We're looking forward to booking again next year!

Palm Paradise is truly that piece of paradise you hope to find in Palm Springs. The home was large enough for all of us to relax, enjoy and sleep comfortability. All the rooms are mostly all updated which give you that luxury feeling while still being true to Palm Springs decor. The outside is huge with beautifully decorated landscape. We even had a few bunny visitors who made us appreciate it even more. All in all a great place which we hope to stay at for future getaways. Highly recommend.

This is a terrific rental home. Great location, great backyard with sparkling pool and spa, multiple outdoor seating areas in the sun or shade, and 6 bedrooms all with King sized beds and 4 with en-suite baths (only two bedrooms share a large bath with two sinks). What more could you ask for? A responsive property management company would have been nice. The customer service was terrible. We had no WiFi at the house and we were unable to get help. We paid for pool and spa heat and despite calling two days before arrival to confirm, we arrived to no heat. We called immediately and every two hours for the next almost 24 hours and were told every time that someone was on the way. No one ever came. We finally had to ask to speak to a manager and after being on hold for almost an hour, we reached a manager who did refund some of our pool heating cost and assured us someone would come to assist. Eventually someone called us and walked us through turning on the heat to the pool and spa, but it should not have taken that long. We also had a closet with a light on a sensor that turned itself on and off all night long and made a clicking noise. We were told someone would come and address that, too, but no one ever came and we just gave up. We still had a great weekend at the house and the house really is terrific, but we were very unimpressed with Vacasa.

We spent the mornings outside the casitas enjoying coffee, the afternoon around the pool with the kids having the time of their life, happy hour at the bar after the sun dipped behind San Jacinto, and nighttime smores at the firepit. We heated the pool, which I recommend if you visit in April. We hope to be back soon.

Thank twice when you book this property the owner has an asked for air-conditioning system that’s it for the temperature that they required to be in the house and you have no control of it unless they allow you Other issue we had with the noise control you can’t even turn on a quiet radio station in the backyard I’m not talking about having a party or listening to loud music . The cleanliness Of the property for a price that you pay could be much better including bedding

I will begin by saying my family had a great time DESPITE some issues we had. The outdoors pool side was beautiful and fantastic. Lots of towels and The house was spacious for 10 of us. The kids said it was one of the best getaways they have had. We did have some issues. Upon arriving there was an awful smell. The garbage was over flowing and rotting from the heat. I had to call to get it removed. They came the following day. The toilets in both bathrooms were blocked and had to call maintenance and have a plumber come snake the lines. Plumber said no fault of ours. Of course we then had to clean up after and mop the entire house. We were asked to remove linens before checking out. The mattress in one of the casitas was horribly stained and brown. I’m glad we didn’t see this until the end of our stay as this was really disturbing. The last day the owner showed up without calling stating that someone said we were playing music. She came opened the garage and was yelling hello into the house. She did not have a mask on. The TV was on and she asked what was she hearing. I told her there was no music and it was the TV. She never introduced herself and was somewhat hostile. I’m still giving this rental a 4 star because all in all we had a good time as a family and it’s exactly what we needed during this stressful time with Covid.

This property was an oasis of beauty. Loved the outside tremendously! Had an amazing time bonding with family in the swimming pool. The back yard exemplified a small paradise. I would love to stay here again with friends!
