Lovely property. The 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was fantastic. Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed the beach and it was the perfect location to the cafe and beach. It rained the entire stay, so being so close was definitely a plus.

Due to the fact there the owner did not surface the driveway properly the underneath of my car was badly damaged during my stay at this property. I’ve been in contact with the owner to try resolve the matter but he has not accepted responsibility. Extremely disappointing. I will be taking this matter further.

Myself and a couple of friends booked for this beautiful home for a week over the new year - it was a fantastic location only a short stroll to the beach and cafe, well presented property in clean and tidy condition, well styled with immaculate presentation, we had very little to complain about. There was one maintenance item which was addressed in less that 12 hours by the agency, which was greatly appreciated and they provided great service from other encounters throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we stayed throughout the period where the bush fires were quite close resulting in having to end our stay 1 night early. The agency were very accommodating and rewarded us a refund of 1 nights stay - we have taken this opportunity to donate the nights stay to those effected by the fires - we would like to thank the agency for the opportunity and the landlords for sharing their home with us. 110% would consider booking again in the future - highly recommend.

Beautiful property just a short walk down to the cafe and the beach. Spacious inside and out. Great location for the whole family to get together. I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again. 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and one ensuite. Large enough kitchen and dining table. Driveway parking, Laundry, bbq facilities are included.

Hey Kylie, the house was just superb. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of lounge space for everyone. The bedrooms are really lovely. However, please fix the asphalt bump at the top of our driveway - all of our cars scraped it quite badly coming in and out. Was a great stay otherwise though! Thank you for everything.

This was a beautiful house and in a great location, with easy walk to the beach and able to see the ocean. We stayed here with a family of 16 and had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend.

This is great house for holding a retreat for adults or a getaway for a few families! The house is spacious, with multiple living room areas, and an incredible kitchen that has all the cooking utensils you could need! It's a stylish space, was very clean on arrival and communication with the host was always prompt and full of accurate information. The beach was a 2min stroll away and the cafe

Great place to go with a big group. It can accommodate various families , has all amenities that are needed and 2 walk to the Hyams Beach Cafe, quick stroll to a playground and the beach ! Great bbq and a stunning view for having breakfast while watching the sunrise ! Would definitely go back !

Overall we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. Watching the sunrise this morning was spectacular, being in walking distance to Hyams Beach and the gentle ambience of the area is wonderful.

This wonderful house as just what we hoped for for our family gathering. Hyams Beach could not have been more idyllic, and the price made our stay here very easy to enjoy. 2 separate areas also added to the overall comfort.

Fantastic place for a big group or a few large families, only a short walk to the beautiful beach and the view from the deck is awesome! We saw a whale while having lunch! The house had plenty of space for the kids to run around and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates etc. Will definitely be staying here again.

Was my 70th birthday so our family had a long weekend at this lovely home. It's well located....just so near to the beach and cafè and a short drive to the lovely new Vincentia shopping centre. One family used the downstairs and the layout upstairs allowed us to have separate areas. The three bathrooms are such a bonus for families with children. We are hoping to book again shortly for my husband's 70th. It's very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, saucepans, etc etc.

Great get away spot, clean & relaxing. Close to the beautiful beach and very friendly staff members at the local caf. Stayed twice and will be back. Great for big groups.

Superbly equipped, high end furnished house with a family feel. 5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 Aug 2015 for a stay 4 days. This was an ideal place for my family for holiday Each room is well equipped, especially the kitchen, the beds and seating extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.
