We absolutely adored our time at the bunkhouse. The online pictures do not do justice to just how neat, nice and comfortable the space is. Just two miles off of the main downtown Strawberry strip, it's perfectly nestled back in a quiet neighborhood with your own private space. The burner and larger toaster oven in the kitchen work great, and it's equipped with lots of pots and pans for cooking. Jeff is a great host and was super communicative and the check in/out process was a breeze. This was a truly peaceful and relaxing time and we hope to be back very soon!

Cute little bunkhouse! Felt very cozy and remote but still was quick into town. Loved eating outside! Everything went great. Only very minor thing - bring your own spices if you want to cook, only salt and pepper and oil provided. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect peaceful getaway our family needed. The cabin felt cozy and welcoming and we loved the grill outside and the peacefulness and how friendly Jeff is! Can’t wait to go back again!

The bunkhouse is absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway if you’re looking for privacy and seclusion or as a basecamp to explore the surrounding forests. The property is extremely clean, well appointed, and private. The property owner was extremely helpful and everything was completely turn key ready. Will definitely be going back.

Stop scrolling and push reserve. This bungalow was adorable and clean. Beds were comfortable and the sheets/pillows smelled nice and clean!
All you need is your food to put in the fridge. This bungalow is on the owners property but don’t let that stop you, it was very private.
We will definitely rent again.

This was a great place to stay. It had what I needed and I would stay here again, provided one consideration. The property was very nice outside and inside, with one exception. It’s was very unpleasant to find the toilet had not been cleaned and it really needed it. The bathroom sink had also not been cleaned. Everything else was great!

Plenty of space for 4-6 people. Off street parking. Private covered patio, gas grill and outdoor seating. The kitchen window does look out onto the hosts home and garage area, so keep the blinds closed if you need a little added privacy as the homes are close together. Very clean, spacious and well decorated. This bunkhouse is brand new construction and tastefully done.
Our experience was pleasant. And whatever I needed the host was quick to respond. Thank you!

This cute bunkhouse was just as it looked online, with the additional benefit of wildlife right outside the door—beautiful birds, elk, etc. Owners were friendly and accessible and location was close to many hiking trails. Two small things to know— there is no freezer available and plan on bringing your own shower supplies (shampoo, soap) as those were meager. We’d definitely rent again if we return to the area.

The Bunkhouse was great place as our headquarters for snow! Strawberry is a cute town tucked in the mountains along Fossil Creek. The Bunkhouse was very clean, updated and comfortable for our family. After some fun in the snow, we enjoyed family movie night and good nights sleep!
