Needs some updates

Location, not a lot of people. It was conveniently located. We had a lot of fun.

The dishwasher didn’t work.

Location ; proximity to the beach

Condo unit was fabulous! Well stocked kitchen, great view. Third time staying at Summerwind, and we love the condo units, but I prefer reserving with private owner rather than Vacasa, because it was a hassle dealing with them for check in and they were rude. I won’t use Vacasa again.

The directions on the email said the parking passes and wristbands were on site at a lockbox in our room and they provided a code, but when we got there, there was no lockbox. After calling customer service and spending about 30 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what was wrong. We found that we had to leave the purposes drive to another location to get them and the person on the phone was rude about it. Also, we did not have enough towels for the entire stay. Very frustrating. Also front door seal was damaged and wind was howling so loud it sounded like a banshee screaming in the condo the first 48 hours of our stay.

Loved the place is on beach..love had 3 pools. Love that it had everything that we needed . balcony is great. Location is great.

Bed in master room. Was very uncomfortable. Lump in center. Shower kept going out in master bath. Happened several times. T.v. is guest room didn't work. Very hard to use all of t.v.s.

Location. We only slept there and bed was in need of new mattress.

To many confused rules.

Beautiful location & view of the beach. Easy parking & obtaining entrance to the Condominium. The pier & restaurants all within walking distance. Temperature control in the Condominium was very good.

A small 36inch TV was placed in the living room that did not work. Whoever placed it there knew it did not work as there were 2 Roku devices & the TV was so old it was not Roku compatible. Within an hour of arrival I notified management. We had a 4 night booking over Thanksgiving. After maintenance confirmed the TV would not work - Management did not solve the problem by either supplying us with a working TV or moving our accommodation which I asked for as we had retired family members planning to join us to watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade & Soccer World Cup. Our plans had to be altered & it is upsetting not to be able to follow through to give our family the holiday we were all looking forward to having together. I was compensated $25 per day by Vacasa management.

Master Bed is worn out. needs new mattress. the living room rug needs deep cleaning
