Beautiful view
View was beautiful, price was a little high. There are lack of options for restaurants unless you want to drive.

Location is excellent. Beach is magical. Lots of space and various sitting lounging areas. Beautiful decor.
Elevators were pretty slow and confusing. Room was tight and floors didn’t seem cleaned.

If u get the ocean/pool view it’s a very beautiful view. Make sure you read before booking because they have ocean view rooms where you are staring at the parking lot.
The female front desk host, I didn’t get her name with blonde/reddish hair was very rude when I tried to change my room over looking the parking lot. She tried to over charge us when we tried to upgrade the room. Then when my husband went down to talk to her, she ended up changing the room to the beach side view. The room had mold on the ceiling. I could not sleep because ppl kept coming in and out of the pool door on the first floor and you could hear it in our room causing the room to vibrate each time. She was not courteous at all and I know it was because my husband and I are African American. The white staff is Racist! If you are African American please be aware. They treat the white fools like royalty. I would never stay there again.

My kids enjoyed the lazy river at the hotel.

Lovely pool just steps from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach($40)/day2chairsand umbrella 8-5), free parking, lovely restaurant on site, free breakfast-eggs sausages French toast etc.
Prices were rather high in the restaurant. They did give us a $25 discount per day, would rather they bring the prices down.

The only complaint I have is I think the daily vouchers should apply to the chairs and umbrellas on the beach

Great experience. Clead. Good Service. Good rooms. Liked pools so much. Kids loved all too. Parking lot is big , no problem to find a spot.
Breakfast could have more options like there is no pancakes we love so much especially doing them ourselves option.

The hotel is on the beach, free breakfast is nice, and the restaurant/bar staff were friendly and the food was good.
At check in you receive a “voucher” card that you are told can be used once a day for $25 off at any of the 3 restaurants on site during your stay. At checkout you discover , they are just charging the $25 back to your room and you are paying for it anyway. Very disappointing.

Booking.com confirmed the reservation with us but did not send our reservation to the hotel . They had no record of it when we arrived but was able to find us the same type suite but with two Queen beds , not a King like we had wanted. Wonderful breakfast each morning and the housekeeping staff, especially Brooke and Josh were amazing and a true asset to the hotel. We for sure plan to stay at this hotel again.

Very nice place! Will definitely be back. We didn’t have to leave the entire trip. The hotel had everything we needed and the food was so good!

The property is located in a super quiet area. It’s very clean and super family friendly.
The elevator was broken two days and some of the fees were hidden.

The closeness to the beach, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff
The bed was miserable. It was hard & uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving a day early! The facilities was dirty and not well-maintained, breakfast ending at 9:30 is too early in comparison to other hotels, sofa was dirty in room and smelled foul. Water pressure was ridiculously lacking, sink had a draining issue nearly backing up when my husband shaved, the air conditioner didn’t work in our room and we had to change rooms mid stay which was an inconvenience and challenging. We suffered two days before they even offered this as a solution —even with us having requested air down as low as it could go upon arrival. Absolutely would never return. Long time Marriott frequenter & Marriott dropped the ball on this one!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The view from our balcony was perfect! Breakfast was good. We loved the dessert milkshakes and cinnamon rolls at Whitecaps. The dinner at Beach House Social was good. Loved the Smash burger and the Burrata salad!
The heater wouldn’t shut off in our room. It was extremely hot and the room didn’t look clean. The front desk switched our premium room that had 2 queen beds and a sofa to a room with just 2 queen beds. It was a lot cooler but we were bummed we were still charged the same amount even though we were moved to a smaller room.

Room was amazing, veiw was breathtaking, breakfast was so good ech day, lots to choose from and great tasting. Staff was incredible, so friendly, so helpful, they sweet ladies that cleaned our room everyday did such a wonderful job, they should be commended. We will definitely return to this wonderful place

Really liked the location on Navarre Beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful, facilities very clean and well organized. The food concessions were very good, and we very much appreciated the $25/day credit in the hotel coffee shop and restaurant.
We had no complaints or serious concerns about our stay, and would stay there again. Having said that, a small kitchenette in the room would be a big upgrade, and some other hotels offer that amenity.

Great breakfast and the location is awesome. Views of the ocean exceptional. We loved keeping the door of the patio open to hear the crashing of the waves. Excellent place to just sit and relax or walk the beach. We also brought our bikes to ride the National seashore which is a short three or four mile ride through the beach town.

The lobby and outside was very nice
First room we were next to someone with a dog everytime we talked the dog barked we were told it must be a service dog well, most service dog does not bark a lot second room the sofa had creepy stain, microwave rusty door and room had odor. We reserved king bed but the bed was queen size. Was told it’s a European king😡 we left

Warmer pools in November. I don’t like the logo “NAVbeach” on items in the gift shop. They should spell out Navarre Beach. Also every single item is way way over priced. We didn’t get any cotton candy, instead we got popcorn twice. I was looking forward to cotton candy.

The only thing decent about this place is where it is located. The customer service is terrible.
4 different rooms in one check-in, one having no AC. Mangers not willing to address issues at check-in. Called a liar over what I had originally booked. Was told we would get a refund and did not follow through. Terrible customer service.

Nice, new, clean and directly on the beach. Added bonus is that the Restuarant attached to the property is excellent!
Hot water was an issue a couple of times which was strange for a brand new modern hotel.

We love Navarre. We have stayed at this property multiple times. It is up kept and clean for sure.
They were having some remodeling and construction. (Noisy) Plus the next room had 5 small kids that kept slamming the doors. I understand that kids will be kids but dang. You can close the door to the balcony without slamming it.

The best part for us was the location. It is right on the beach! It is also a short drive to many of the more crowded areas.
The only complaint I have would be the breakfast. The restaurant is over the top excellent but, breakfast was terrible.
