Whole foods is across the street and very convenient to the trains. Extremely quiet and spacious apt. Only negative - short on kitchen amentities. Several items were broken and needed repair which we told the Kasa rep. Only one TV in living room none in bedrooms. Why we gave it a 4 star instead of 5.

We had some meetings at Navy Pier. Coming in from out of town parking was easy and the location was great.

The apartment was nice & spacious with a nice view. It did rain quite a bit the weekend of my stay and the apartment did have a leak in the ceiling however the property manager was very responsive and put us in another apartment in the same building that night. They also continued to check on us. The apartment building is in walking distance to restaurants and river walk. I would recommend this apartment to others.

Kasa was a great company to work with and was the best ever! I received immediate responses to my texts and the onsite rep was very helpful. Our trip was made easy and enjoyable because of the Kasa team. Thanks to Vrbo for allowing us to book this trip as it was amazing!

We had a great stay in Chicago at this Kasa. The one thing that I would note is there could be more towels available and room darkening curtains. Besides that the location and staff were great. Beds were comfortable and we had a great stay.

Check in was simple and easy. The property is in a great location near good dining and shopping We walked down to the river and done a architectural tour. Which was pretty interesting. We also done all the other attractions Navy Pier , the bean and enjoyed walking around the parks and fountains. Also spent a day at wrigley field watching the St. Louis Cardinals and Cubs game.

Our stay was lovely. The location was perfect and the apartment was very comfortable. Everything was straight forward...until it was time to check out. I followed the check out guide as instructed and made double sure to hang the key fobs by the door per the instructions the night before our departure and then double checked as we walked out in the morning. I then receive an email saying one of the fobs is missing and they will charge me $250 unless I can return it within 48 hours. At this point, I realized, I had no way to prove that they were both there when I left. I insisted that I had left them both where instructed. I later received an email apologizing and saying that it turned up. This whole interaction made me very nervous...what if the key fob had not "turned up"? I will not rent from KASA again for this reason.

This property is in such a wonderful neighborhood. The inside was immaculate and very safe. Wonderful views and a balcony. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was great, but cleanliness. The whole apartment looked clean, but the TV couch was completely covered in dog hair. We had to call the manager and she sent someone who didn't speak English with a lint roller because she didn't have a vacuum cleaner. After that we swept the carpet in the living room and it was also full of dog hair. I think pets shouldn't be out loud. The television control had dog bite marks.
