The outdoor space was lovely, the view, deer, outdoor fireplace, were so enjoyable. The house worked fine for our party of 5 adults and 3 children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent many hours relaxing on the patio and admiring the amazing view. We'll come again!

Great location for our family to gather and relax. Fishing was not good but weather was conducive to outdoor activities.

Hosts Steve and Donna were welcoming and attended to all questions and needs. Property was spacious allowing spaces for games or outdoor s'mores. Enjoyed our stay and will come again!

Terrific! Even better than I expected. Perfect home for our senior group of skiers. Lots of room for everyone, kitchen well stocked with pots,pans,plates and everything else we needed. Steve, our host, stopped by a few times to make sure we were happy. He was great! Hope to return here next season. PS: GREAT VIEWS from the house! Also, road to house was well maintained during any snowfall.

This home was spacious, welcoming, and enhanced our experience in Colorado. Great kitchen to cook and interact with family, many places to play games, find a quite corner to cozy down with a book or tablet. The view outside kept you looking out the window and the kids entertained to play outside and visit with all the sweet mule deer and occasionally bunny. If the opportunity arises we will be staying here again.

Convenient to Aspen and Glenwood Springs. We had so much fun playing horseshoes in the spacious yard. The home was very comfortable for our large family and fur babies!

Steve and Donna are wonderful communicative hosts. We felt very much like we were staying in someone’s care and not a vacant home. The home itself is charming and full of character, and the views are absolutely dreamy. We enjoyed a bbq and fire pit on the back patio, a rainy day in front of the fireplace reading, and family movie nights in the family room. The kids loved the yard and seeing the deer visit was very exciting. We were perfect central location in the valley to visit Aspen, Marron Bells, fly fishing the Frying Pan, visiting friends in Carbondale and doughnuts in Glenwood! We will absolutely be back. Thank you Steve & Donna!

We had a great stay and the property management is super.

The property was very roomy, with plenty of areas in the house to "get away" by your self when needed. Of course, the main attraction is the amazing view of Mt. Sopris right outside the South facing patio. We had the opportunity to cook on the grill most every evening and dine on the patio. The weather cooperated most everyday, so we spent most of our waking ours out on the patio. It can get hot in the afternoons, but the house cools off by 9 p.m., so we were very comfortable. We chose the basement bedroom, so we were always cool.

Great location, Beautiful view of mount Sopris. The deer would come close enough you could almost pet them. Would definitely stay again! 👍👍

We loved the property. Close to town and the views were amazing. Windows everywhere with a large kitchen amd lots of deer.

This was our home base for our large family during our daughter’s wedding in Carbondale. The views are simply stunning and we have many great pictures of the mountains and also the deer which visited almost every day. The house itself was perfect! Plenty of room and lots of charm. Grandma baked over 200 cupcakes for the wedding in the spacious kitchen. The ladies all got hair and makeup done in the front room. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful… Thank you!! All in all a fabulous and memorable stay. Will definitely stay again the next time we need a big place.

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Great sound system and views of the Valley. Cooking utensils and dishes were minimal.

This home is close to town, yet has a country feel and amazing views. Steve was very communicative from the get go and made sure we had what we needed. Our group was meeting up for my sons graduation and we took advantage of the outdoor patio and multiple bedrooms for our large group. A very comfortable, inviting house in a beauitful setting.

Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation. This house was a nice home away from home. We had three generations on our trip and everyone enjoyed their stay. The property owners, Steve and Donna, were great and easy to reach if needed. Looking forward to coming again in the future.

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing !! We all were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked with gift baskets and apples to feed the deers. We were all amazed at all the wonderful views the house has of all the mountains. Overall a great, perfect stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful home and it’s views. Our great host Steve went above and beyond from our initial conversation to our last, I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great place to relax and enjoy its views !!!

I book vacation rental properties at least 8-10 times every year. This was, without question, our favorite house ever. It had so much farmhouse charm, and yet it’s so tastefully updated that you have every modern amenity you could need. Steven, our host, was incredible. He welcomed us to the home and provided a simple and clear welcome binder. On top of that, they provide all sorts of nice touches like a couple of baskets with snacks and essentials if you’ve forgotten anything. The rooms all have great beds and linens, so it’s comfortable. The fireplace is a great centerpiece and place to relax. Everything in the house works perfectly, is clean and is well maintained. I can’t thank Steven and his wife enough for this great experience. We would absolutely book again if this home is available the next time we’re in Aspen.
