Nous avons aimé notre séjour à cet établissement, c’était propre et nous étions confortables. Le balcon avec des plantes apportait une belle touche à la chambre. Mais la plus grande qualité de cet hôtel est son personnel attentionné, minutieux et professionnel. Nous avons eu une aide incroyable lorsque nous avons pris un bus vers Ben Tre, probablement hors du circuit habituel. Sans leur aide, nous n’aurions jamais pu y arriver, malgré notre longue expérience de voyage. Merci infiniment, nous avons été très touchés.

Le tapis du corridor du 3e était un peu sale à certains endroits. Rien d’autre à redire…tout le reste était bien.

It was one of the best breakfast we had during the 3 weeks in Vietnam. They had so many options and good quality food. Great location in the heart of Long Xuyen City. Within walking distance to eateries and shops. The hotel was nice and clean. Would recommend it.

no mention in the booking that room is lacking the standing shower .the staff at the breakfast is lacking customer service especially those at the hot food bar

Wide and clean rooms. Nice rooftop where breakfast is served. Very helpful staff, they helped us to arrange transfers and transport.

We had a room with balcony but no chairs on the balcony. It will be convenient to have those to enjoy the view. Quality of coffee at breakfast can be slightly improved. Staff doesn’t speak good English, we could communicate with google translate so finally that’s a minor inconvenience.

The room was large and very comfortable! The view of the city was amazing too. We greatly enjoyed the breakfast they offered as well!

Be warned the elevators are SUPER tiny. We just had one suit case, a couple of backpacks, two adults and one small child but we barley fit in one elevator. If you travel with lots of luggage be prepared for multiple trips 😂
