Not a lot of TV channels

THE ROOM WAS NICE. The location by the beach was great. Parking was easy. The YETI booking agents were very helpful and responsive.

The building only had one bank of elevators so it was always a slight trek to get to mmy room wahoch was on the others side by the non-working elevators. The pool was not working which I was informed about prior to reserving the room.

Pros: beautiful view, right on the beach, cold refrigerator, good size room, comfortable bed, chilis across the street, decent Mexican restaurant beside of it, gated entrance

Cons: 6 elevators only 2 worked, being on the 16th with only 2 working elevators means a lot wait to get up or down. The building is called ESJ if you gps it or take Uber tell them that’s where you need to go. We could not find “tropical studios” and the Uber driver ended up dropping us off at the Casino. We wandered around with all our luggage until we finally figured it out. There is reserved parking, but someone always had our space. We asked the front desk twice to do something, but nothing was ever done and we ended up parking 4 floors down in a guest space. There were supposed to be laundry facilities on site too, but they were also broken. We spent 30 minutes looking for the laundry room before we found it, and the out of order sign. Apparently the people at the front desk didn’t know it wasn’t working when they gave us directions to it. Around 75% of the games in the game room don’t work, either. Avoid it and the disappointment. The entire building didn’t have water for about 18 hours right at the beginning of our stay. Trying coming up from the beach wet and sandy to find out you can’t shower, no water to flush the toilet either. It is noted that the pool is closed bc it is under repair, and I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal to us. I mean, there is plenty of swimming available in the ocean, right? We missed having a pool. It would’ve been so nice to go relax by the pool after being at the beach all day. In short, I think the owner of the room itself does a great job. He was very nice and extremely responsive. He does a good job with his room. However the room is in a building which is in need of a lot of repairs.

it was clean and so many things were available. beach was just 1 minutes walk , they have private swimming pool too.

I thought the property was ok, the hotel could be fixed up a bit more.

The pool wasn’t available for guest, the laundry mat and the gym was located in the garage. the balcony paint was chipping and the chairs were old ,broken and sun bleached

The view and the proximity to the beach was nice.

The interior could use a bit of updating, and it was a shame that the pool and some of the amenities were closed.

The room was very roomy and comfortable. The was clean. The view was the best.

The room could use an update, furnishings. We had to purchase extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags.

Everything, first time there

Couldn't get clean towels using Air BNB service.

My view from my apartment was absolutely gorgeous. I loved having a balcony a full kitchen with fridge stove and oven having real dishes was a luxury also. I also really enjoyed having the choice of the full-size bed and the futon for that additional person great for families and the bathroom was huge the shower and bathroom had its own room while the sink and closet was in a separate room this was great for getting ready. We had access to a private pool and direct access to the public beach car rental was right across the street. as well as a walkable grocery store and convenience store. there were also at least 10 walkable eateries restaurants and being 6 minutes from the airport was a huge Plus. We also have the choice to eat at other restaurants inside of other hotels that were walkable.

There was no continental breakfast at 6am as advertised by the front desk or web site. But there was a cafe that was supposed to be open but, when I went to eat the lady in there getting ready told me that they were not open until 7:45. There was also a covid restrictions that was very strict that one into place the week of my visit while this is beyond my control. I asked the front desk receptionist that evening if there was any services at the hotel could provide she told me no and that I needed to make an appointment with CVS or Walgreens. which resulted in me renting a car this is beyond my control like I said. so I did what I had to do. but the very next day I asked the front desk again if there were any services for testing and car rentals this time a different receptionist gave me a form for a facility that was within walking distance of the hotel it sure would have been helpful if the receptionist from the night previous have given me the same form. My apartment itself was great just some of the amenities were different than what I thought. I would recomend and stay here again!

Great view from the room and the unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the beach. Lots of restaurants around and close to the airport. We had no issues and the property manager communicated well throughout our experience.

A couple aspects of the room show a little wear and tear, but nothing that affected our stay.

There was not soap, just one used and melted soap . Just one use roll of toilet paper and just 2 towels for 4 days .

The building was older and more outdated than I anticipated. The room, while clean, has probably not been renovated since the 90s. For the price I was not expecting top of the line, but there were some basic upgrades that could be done with minimal effort. This is all cosmetic and could be overlooked for a nice location directly on the beach if the building didn't seem so unsafe. After the terrible tragedy in Miami recently where a building collapsed, I was scared when I arrived at this building in Isla del Mar. Attaching photos of what the outside of the building looks like. Many of the balconies are literally crumbling and the building did not look structurally sound. I am not an expert so maybe I am mistaken but I think the owner of the building should provide some re-assurance for future bookers.

It was very clean, staff is really accommodating as well. Anything you need they’re really helpful.

It looks run down.. needs some upgrading.

We had a wonderful time. Puerto Rico The room was spotless. Great staff! We had a problem with the TV wifi we called, and they send someone to fix the problem right away.
