We booked this space 3 months early for a conference and our reservation was changed from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom on the day of after 4PM. This required some of our guests to get housing elsewhere at the last minute. The agent on duty was very professional and apologetic and we were refunded fees for the inconvenience. The space is beautiful and the location is perfect and in walking distance to many places. Everything in the unit is as pictured. There were no outlets in master bedroom bathroom. The pictures give the impression that the lobby area is a bar area, but it is just a sitting area. Note: NO visitors are allowed. But, the main door stayed unlocked. We ordered food/snacks because there's no vending [water, soda, or snacks] on the property. We enjoyed our stay and hope this review will help future guests be better prepared to fully enjoy the space. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the city.

It was definitely better than an hotel

The stay was very nice and clean. The only thing was we didnt have enough linen and towels for family members and in master bedroom the TV never was able to connect because remote was working but that was fine we didnt get a chance to watch tv anyways. But overall I would come back to stay again. Oh and the rooftop was beautiful Thanks again we will see you guys soon.

Overall, the place was as described. The location is great as it's close to everything (French Quarter, Saints stadium, etc.). Communication with property manager was easy, as well as check-in process.

We had a lovely stay at The Lola. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were SO comfortable too. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but you're a quick Uber drive from both the French Quarter and the Garden District. Sextant stays was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd definitely recommend them and would stay there again.

This place was amazing for 4 people. Extremely spacious and accomodating for lengthy stays. Everything was self-service with onsite help ready to assist if needed. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to experience New Orleans. Its a short drove to everything and it's right alongside the Mississippi River. Would definitely stay here again!

Prior to arrival I received a text from the concierge with very detailed check-in instructions and parking information. She communicated with me throughout my stay and was quick to answer any questions/provide any help. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to everything but not too close that the noise kept us up at night. The room was clean and provided everything we needed. We will for sure stay again!
