Great property.Safe. Perfect to hang out in when not enjoying New Orleans. Easy walk to canal and bourbon street. Would rent again!

Lance and Latoya were awesome in helping us. They had so much great customer service and always had smiles on their faces. They made sure we had everything we needed and they also helped us with directions. The apartment was everything we wanted and it was gorgeous!!! We will be back!!!!

Fantastic experience. The best room I've booked, and one of the best places I've stayed at on vacation. Everything was clean and finishes were all high-end. The entire building is well thought out and organized. Absolutely loved my time here. Will look to book with Sextant for future stays.

Overall, this place suited our purposes. Very clean and sleek. Check-in process was relatively smooth. Could hear a lot through the walls / door inside of the unit. Wasn't ideal, especially at night. Would stay again.

I will absolutely stay at a Sextant Stays property again and highly recommend it to others.
The property was exactly as pictured. It was clean, updated, and the kitchen was stocked with all dinnerware we could possibly need. I loved that there was a clean utility closet accessible at all hours for us to get extra towels and linens from as well as a room at the end of the hall to throw away our full trash bags. I have always hated having to call the front desk at hotels for towels or wait until the next morning for trash to be emptied. I will absolutely stay at a Sextant Stays property again and highly recommend it to others.
