Great spot for a stay in New Orleans. The place itself is great quality and allows for a nice stay for a mid size group. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. About a mile away from Bourbon street and the french quarters but there are some great food spots within a quarter mile. Overall, great place for a stay in New Orleans.

Great stay! Great communication! Great value! Literally 5 minutes from Bourbon St, shopping and the highway! Super cute place and pictures are 100% accurate. Will definitely stay again with Sextant Stays when in New Orleans!!

I appreciate this property. The pics and the place are exact! I changed my plans last minute by bringing my dogs and the Sextant was accommodating with a fee of course. I wanted some flexibility on the departure time, but they couldn't accommodate and that was fine, although I wish they could have since I paid for a night and didn't arrive until the next day. Overall, great location, great communication, and you should hurry up and book!

About a mile away from Bourbon street and the french quarters but there are some great food spots within a quarter mile. Overall, great place for a stay in New Orleans.

The property was nice. We were happy. A couple of problems were that the fire alarm went off yesterday for quite awhile during the day and it was a mistake and then it went off in the middle of the night which was disturbing because we had to leave early this morning. The staff was very good at getting our requests- there were no pot holders in our kitchen and that should be a necessary item and we asked for a couple of other things. They were very good at helping us. The alarm was disturbing and one night we heard quite a few footsteps etc. Rugs in living rooms and hallways in the apts. would help.

The property was nice. We were happy.
