The room was very nice, with an odd odor (likely NOLA). The website was misleading a bit on the amenities; parking available doesn't mean it's part of the price (I now know). Several fees seemed to pop up after the room was booked. I'm not sure I'd do it again, but I did enjoy the room and the atmosphere once all the kinks got worked out.

There was a monitor with a virtual person upon check in. Very confusing how to valet. Pictures eluded that there was a very cool rooftop common area with a bar/wine area. This was not the case. It looked like in the lobby they used to have wine, but it was removed. The actual rooms were fine and as pictured.

Very good for a gathering event, esp able to cook for your own. Recommend!

The Lola Sextant was superb! It satisfied everything we needed in a stay. Location was spot on and we achieved our goals for the ten and fifteen year old - eating their way through New Orleans. Would definitely consider staying again. Thinking would be great to bring girlfriends next time!!!!

Great location we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was great for the 6 of us. Will definitely return.

I highly recommend this spot. The surrounding area is mostly highway, but you can safely walk to the NO hot spots. There are some quickie eateries and bars mins away and a Walmart about 10mins away. The apartment housed 5 of us comfortably. Looking forward to my next stay.

The house was great - much bigger than perceived in the images. Very clean and concierge is availed 24/7. We had a door hinge break in the middle of our stay and they sent maintenance within an hour to fix the issue and gave one night free for the inconvenience - really great customer service. Would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting.

The Lola property was great. The room we stayed in looked very similar to the pictures. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to most things. We felt safe walking around. There are a few hours that parking spaces that are free in the back but if you can't snag one call the parking lot attendant and negotiate a prove with them. Overall it was a great stay!!

Very modern and cute! Such a great spot and the price was unbeatable! For the price, I was not expecting it to be as nice as it was! Everything was picture perfect and felt very luxurious! They had everything we needed. We were easily able to find parking nearby which was great since we had a rental car. We chose to walk a majority of our stay to help us walk off all the delicious food we ate! But the drive to the French Quarter is about 10 minutes, and the walk was about 20 minutes, both of which were not a problem for our group. Quiet and safe neighborhood, we walked home a couple of nights and it was very safe and well lit. The only issue we had (which probably had to do with the amount of rain we experienced while there or maybe the sheets weren't completely dry when the cleaning service exchanged them from the previous guests) was that the bedsheets felt a little humid, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable on some nights. They had a spare set of sheets but we didn't realize it until the last night we were there. Overall, super great experience! I loved it, and would definitely stay here again!
