It was a great getaway for my wife and I. Had a great view of the water and ponies! Place had everything we needed and was super comfortable! Would come back!

Worst weather, awesome place! Between the rain and fog we could absolutely see the ponies and the lighthouse which were both neat. A great group of fisherman were our neighbors and we got to share stories about everything, which was so nice, definitely not your standard boxed-off condo. Very relaxing and quiet, exactly what we were looking for!

Nikki and Jason were perfect hosts and super fast to respond to any question. Highly recommend.

Whenever we had a question, I communicated with them and they were right on it, getting me the answer, and making sure we had everything we needed. The view from the back porch is so calming and peaceful. The kitchen is beautiful, along with the rest of the home. You have everything you need! Thank you so much for a great time!

We enjoyed very much our stay in Chincoteague. We came for the outdoors and we loved it. The apartment is close to the Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, which was very convenient for us. The apartment has an excellent kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom is rather small but for just the two of us it worked fine. The owners were very responsive and provided many helpful tips during our stay. Bring your bikes, because biking here is a must. Coming during this time of year is perfect for those who want to forgo the crowds. The drawback for us was the internet connection that was very slow. If one needs to use it for work it can be a problem.

Perfect, as described, clean and best-equipped kitchen I've seen in a rental unit. Owner was extremely easy to reach and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous location on canal. Bring binoculars to see ponies across the way. Well stocked condo with comfortable queen bed. The deck runs along the entire front of condo; you will be able to see and hear your neighbors but have your own designated space. Would definitely recommend this place.

This condo is located on the second level and the views from the back deck can't be beat. The ponies can be spotted frequently across the channel. Also has a great view of the lighthouse and Toms Cove, plus lots of water birds in the marshes. We enjoyed a quiet relaxing time at this condo which is located on the east side of the island yet is still convenient to all there is to do on Chincoteague. The condo is lovely with attention paid to the comfort of the guests. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

The lighthouse is in the near distance where we could see it's light at night. Sunrise was a gorgeous view from the back deck where we sat with our coffee to watch it rise. At night we were blessed with a full moon that splashed over the water and us as we sat on the dock in the moonlight. We brought our kayaks and was able to get in from the floating dock and enjoyed kayaking amongst the grasses and channels getting up close with the wildlife. The apartment was clean and freshly updated with everything we needed for our stay. The only drawback was the open deck in the back that is shared with all the apartments - it would be nice for sides for privacy but it still was enjoyable. We really appreciated the affordable price and will definitely stay here again! The next time we want to bring crabbing supplies to crab off the dock. A must have for anyone staying on the island is to rent the mopeds to cruise around on....especially at night under the full moon. It's the best way to experience the wonderful Island! Thanks for the great stay and wonderful memories.

Exactly as advertised, the location was wonderful - we saw wild ponies on the marsh across nearly every morning. The condo is very well equipped and clean!

Perfect place. Close to Assateague. Great seafood shops. Loved biking, crabbing, fishing and beach.

This was a lovely little place for a long weekend in Chincoteague! Very clean and well organized and outfitted. The deck and view over to Assateague were just lovely. Definitely recommend!

It was just what the doctor ordered! A lovely place to get away on the water. You could see the ponies very faintly through the binoculars. We enjoyed our stay.

Water front location perfect. My kids liked the dock area out back. Condo very modern and well equipped.
