Home was perfect for my son and I, staying a few days for a local automotive event. Nice quaint neighborhood and is super close to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Will definitely choose this home if we come back.

Nice little house. The only thing i would recommend to the home owner is to get a new shower head in the bathroom.

Kind of upset the grill wasn’t working nor the tv in the master bedroom. Location was good and communication was good. Pretty much anything with batteries would not work because all the batteries were dead.

The cottage is apparently used for big parties during races, but it was a perfect place to stay when visiting my brother in Speedway during other times. It was very comfortable, clean, well lit, and quiet. I love the touches of having room darkening curtains in the bedrooms and lamps in the living room. (These can be hard to find in rental houses.) And it was conveniently located and close to restaurants on Main Street. I hope to stay at the cottage during future family visits.

Awesome location - cute, quiet neighborhood. Only took us about 10 minutes to get downtown to/from the Colts game. House was very clean, organized, plenty of room and everything we needed for our weekend of 2 adults, 1 kid.

Great place to call home for the weekend of the Indy 500! House is impeccably clean and comfortable, and you can look out the front door and see the top of the Pagoda at the Speedway.

Our friends lived staying in this home for a few days while in town for our daughter’s wedding. They said it was cute, very clean, and modern. Close to Main St., which was nice for our busy weekend! Would 100% recommend. Communication was top notch, as well.

The property was just the right place for us to stay while my friend had surgery at the Methodist hospital. The grocery store, restaurants, and art gallery were also close by. Greg answered any questions I had. If I ever need to come back I would definitely stay there again.

Was in Indy for a few days to attend an event at the speedway and booked this property because of the location. Definitely recommended as it’s just walk across the road and you’re right there. Great area, house has everything you could need. Well worth it I’ll definitely stay again.

Awesome house-- we came here for the Nascar/Indy Car Weekend - last weekend of July, House fully stocked and is just plain awesome. It is so close to the Indy Motorspeedway-- right directly a block away from start finish line. We had tickets in Paddock Penthouse @ the start finish line-- it literally took us 8 minutes from our seats to getting back to our rented home-- you cant beat having a house this close to the track !! Neighbors all around us (the locals) were super friendly-- making the stay that much mor enjoyable....Bed super comfortable. and House does have a washer/dryer which it didnt list- and that makes it a 5 Star Rating-- this House "ROCKS" !!!!

This was my fourth time staying at this house. It's a perfect location--close to the track, downtown and the interstate, plus a safe neighborhood. The house is clean, well-stocked, and the extra half bath makes all the difference! Communication with the owner is excellent. He is always quick to respond. This is my go-to when visiting family in Indiana.

Great little Bungalow
This is my fourth time staying in this Speedway house. Can't say enough good things about it. Just about everything is new and the house is very clean. The location is perfect...steps to the track and convenient to Indianapolis. I feel very safe when staying there. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked well and include some "extras." The homeowner is very friendly, easy to communicate with and responds very quickly.

Conveniently located within easy walking distance to IMS and to downtown Speedway. Property is very clean & cozy, and communication with management was easy and prompt. Highly recommended!

Quick Getaway after months at home
This house worked for us. It had the essentials we needed. The home was very clean and tidy. Nicely decorated from the curtains to the bedding. Wonderful high ceilings and lots of natural light! Nice neighborhood. Felt safe and secure. We had an issue with check in in that our code we were provided didn't work but it was quickly fixed by the owner. Would stay again!

Not just for race days
This is a great location for the track. Literally walking distance. I wasn’t there for the race but it has been a great location while I was in town visiting. Comfortable, quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores and freeways. Very clean house, I think it was just updated.

The house is located to a lot of nearby attractions, we took our kids to the children's museum. Beds was super comfortable also.

Fantastic location for racer/race fan
Adorable small house 3 minutes from gate 2 entrance to Indianapolis Motorspeedway! Walking distance to downtown Speedway Main Street restaurants. House is clean and beds were very comfy! We also used the air mattress and they had plenty of pillows and blankets. We had no issuers so we didn’t need to contact anyone for help. We will definitely stay there again when my son comes to town to race!!

Charming home
This was a fabulous home to rent. It is warm and cozy. The property owner left great notes for us. I'm definitely renting this home again when we come back to town.

Loved this little bungalow.
The location of this house is perfect. Close to Main Street in Speedway and walking distance to the track. It was very clean and updated. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking my coffee in the morning and listening to the Porsches running on the track (extra bonus). Only thing that would have been nice is a walkway from the driveway to the back door and the ability to enter the back door. It's a little bit of a hassle to have to walk around to the front door. But I will definitely stay there again!

Good access to Westfield Soccer
Properties in short supply this weekend great combination of price and access to the fields. Owner great to work with needed a couple extra hours at checkout and they were able to accommodate. Thanks

This place is adorable, well setup, in a good neighborhood, and you can see the Pagoda from the front door
