Breakfast was good...location was very busy ¬ able to walk due to terrible traffic... Room TV was not working for entire 4 days!!

The staff were very helpful and assistive. They help with anything you need and have a welcoming nature. Breakfast was served in the room and was reasonably good and hygienic. The lobby was cool in the hot summer unlike most other hotels.

Its the second time staying here since the first time stay was good. However the rooms in first stay (4th floor) were clean and tidy. In the second stay (2nd floor) the room smelled of smoke, bedsheets were not so clean and stained, washroom also could have been more cleaner. The hot water kettle was not functional, one cup and two saucers were kept which were too dirty to have a cup of tea even.

Good behaviour of all staff and also cooperation with us. Very clean room and bathroom and all ok.

Parking facility and room service not available. In future room service must.
