Beautiful property, clean home, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Close drive to everything, stores, restaurants, hiking, and sightseeing. Can’t wait to stay again!

My daughter was married at the venue. Staying at this house made things so easy for getting ready for the event, or running back over to the house for things we forgot. Sitting around the fire-pit to relax afterwards was a plus. It was also a great location for going downtown to all the wonderful places to eat and visit. I could not have ask for a better spot.

This place is very nice and clean. It is convenient to everything. We had a couple of things that we needed and all I did was text the owner and they had them on the porch with a few extra items. It was a great place for us, our children and grandchildren to all be together. I will be checking with them on our next visit to Chattanooga.

Cute house across the street from the Black Creek neighborhood, which was great for us! It’s a little further from downtown and the traffic can be tricky, but overall, easy and positive experience, and I would stay here again

Booked both properties for family attending a wedding at The Venue. Stayed there by myself and also with family and felt very secure. Busy adjacent street on the weekdays but quiet at night and on the weekend. Great backyard with rocks for children to have fun on. Easy, short walk to The Venue. Well-maintained inside. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed the home. We had a fire in the fire pit, which was so much fun. It was so easy and quick to get in to town. And close to Walmart, which we ran to several times.

This house did not disappoint. The backyard was full of character…rocks and woods and a fire pit. The house faced a Mountain View and a ten minute walk lead us to a nice hike into to mountains with our dogs. The location is perfect. You had the feel of being away from it all, yet downtown Chattanooga is just 6 miles away. The house was equipped with everything you need. Even a blender! The layout was good to give our young adult kids privacy upstairs while our bedroom was downstairs. Internet worked great. YouTube TV and prime video provides great TV. The owners were extremely nice. One heads up is the place is difficult to find with just a GPS. Get directions from the owner before you go.

We were in town to cheer on a participant in the 1/2 Ironman and this property was the perfect place for us to stay. It was clean, well stocked and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We enjoyed our stay here for our family Christmas trip to Chattanooga. The house was 10 min away from everything, and accommodated our group of 6 easily. The dining table does only seat 4, but the host left a card table and chairs so everyone could sit down together. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard fire pit area was a nice addition. The host was super responsive, and left snacks and drinks for our arrival— which was much appreciated! Thank you!

Great property - my kids ( two boys 11 and 7 ) LOVED the back yard adventures! The property is in a great location easily accessible to many areas! Thank you for all the lovely welcome gifts!

There is not a single chair in the house (there are 3 bar stools downstairs). There also is not dinning area table (there is a small child size table and 2 benches) 2. The TV set up is frustrating. (Our four adults could not master the controller. We ended up watching SEC football on our iPad.when if fact the key games were on CBS.

Very nice new home and convenient to Chattanooga. Loved the outdoor grill and fire pit area set among the rocks. From the house, U.S. highway 41 will take you into downtown Chattanooga without having to get on the interstate which is a nice option to have.

We rented this house for a family gathering to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. It was about an hour drive to the Ocoee River for white river rafting with Cherokee Rafting (ask for Josh as your guide), and about 15 minutes to Rock City and Ruby Falls, which were all amazing! It slept 8 very comfortably. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and responsive. They have a small dining table with 2 benches that seats about 4 plus 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. We brought an 8' folding table and chairs so we could all eat together at a table and it worked out great. They have a small 5-cup coffee maker but I would suggest a 12-cup coffee maker since the house accommodates 8 people. We spent every morning having coffee at the backyard fire-pit. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely rent again if we are back in Chattanooga.
