Location and facilities

Very nicely located on beachfront with a wonderful view. Pool was small but never busy. Hotel price point to value is very good and staff are great and helpful. Pauline in reception and Purity in restaurant were very good. The room was spacious and ac was welcome.bottled water in room was a plus daily. Breakast was mixed .omelette cooked to order, coffee and juices were all good.
Lukewarm saltwater shower tending to colder end of spectrum was tolerable but water smell was a bit strong. Salt water in sink was a surprise but could adjust once I used bottled water for toothbrush. Breakfast was mixed. Overall a basic hotel, good value, good location and hotel staff that were a level above expectation.

Die Zimmer sind groß, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank usw. vorhanden, Bett bequem und gut zum schlafen. Beim Frühstück positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass man jede Form von Eigericht bestellen kann; dies wird dann frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage direkt am Strand toll. Der Pool ist sauber und man hat nie Probleme eine Liege zu bekommen.
Die Bäder in den Zimmern sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, das Wasser aus den Wasserhähnen ist salzig und das Frühstück doch sehr einseitig kenianisch (warme Speisen). Kaffee ist Instantkaffee aus einem Automaten.

From being received, to the hot water, the comfortable carpeted room, to the view of the beach and ocean at breakfast, all wonderful. The staff were so helpful in advising on tours and transport. Absolutely worth it! I must return...

We were charged by yourselves 21500 Ks per night for an apartment which is rented out at 8000 Ks which is unacceptable - I have used your services for many years but have never been ripped off like this before - totally unacceptable

The staff were so friendly and polite. I was leaving very early and the chief came in early to cook me some food which I thought was going the mile to make someone comfortable. The room was a like in new of a decorate but nothing to bad. The room it self was really big.

I would have given it a ten, but the room was large and so was the bathroom however it was gloomy. Needs to be painted with bright colors

The location is superb. The room was very clean and the sea view was excellent. The privacy is great. The breakfast was very nice.
The shower was not hot. There were no catlery in the kitchen.

The buffet breakfast didn't have so much options but was acceptable. The Location of the hotel is so close to the main Mombasa-Malindi rd and right on the beach. That was excellent

The hotel area was relatively quiet considering the vicinity of the city and road. The security is good and the staff were very nice. It is pleasant for a short stay (sleepover etc.) but not for spending a holiday. The breakfast is nice and in beautiful surroundings.
The room was not clean, with dirty spots on the pillow and especially the bathroom was really not nice. As for toiletries, prepare for getting hand soap only (in this being a 4 star hotel?) The water in the shower is salty. The hotel is on a beachfront, but there is no private beach so prepare for beachboys trying to sell you stuff all the time.

Location is very good. The rooms are spacious. AC is very good. The swimming pool is nice except for the salty water.
Breakfast and meals all together need a huge improvement. Water from everywhere is very salty. The whole Kitchen needs renovation. Sofas are old and Tv is too small for the room.
