Great location 10 minutes by walking from all central squares. A lot of restaurants and pubs nearby. .Very spacious apartment. We were a couple + teenager.
The beds were realy uncomfortable. The matress is not balanced and we felt like we are floating. There is no aircondition only fan and it wasnt enough during the hot days (28 degrees).
The double glaze window not always enough when there are alot of people in the pub downstairs or constructions in the building across the street.

The location is excellent, close to everything. The neighbourhood has a lot of places to eat and to shop.
The stairs are very hard. We understand it's an old building, and there's no elevator. But it was hard to walk up to the 4th level and especially with luggage.

Really appreciated being able to contact the hosts via WhatsApp to raise queries and responses were sent very quickly! However, we felt the online check in and check out was a bit excessive.....especially having to do an online check out! Even after doing the online checkout, we still received a WhatsApp message asking us to confirm we had checked out......generally, a little too much admin!
Also, even though we can see others have reported issues with the TV, these are clearly ongoing.....we could only view terrestrial channels......also, WiFi signal kept dropping......maybe because the router is in a cupboard?

Wonderful location and very light filled spacious apartment in London. The hosts were excellent with communication and answering any questions we had. Wifi was perfect. It was great to have a small kitchen to make breakfast and to have a lounge area to relax after a fun day in London. The apartment was lovely and clean. The coffee machine and pods are a nice touch too. I would highly recommend this property

It was a nice small place. It was very clean
Not the property itself but the one next door doing construction all night long . Not only did the noise make it impossible to sleep but the l bright lights coming from the construction site shined through our blinds into our rooms. We ended up renting another place for 3 nights just so we could get a good night sleep.

The apartment is beautiful, but its defect is that it does not have a reception or storage for travel bags, where you wait with your bag outside for long hours until the time of entry, and the third defect is that it does not have an elevator and there are no employees here to help you carry heavy bags

The hosts were extremely helpful upon arrival, they even greeted me with a basket which made me feel more 'at home'. It is a great location not far from Tottenham Court Road & Oxford street with lots of bar and restaurants nearby

Very clean and stylish apartment in a great location. It was very well equipped with top of the line appliances and everything you could need. The service was great, the communication was excellent and the fan in the bedroom was especially appreciated!
3 flights of stairs in the heat but hey, that's the price you pay for a view!

A stylish and comfortable corner apartment in a perfect location. Everything you need is supplied and everything else is just round the corner. The stairs became easier which must mean I became fitter (a side benefit!)

It was very easy to communicate with the people from Kula, and they are very friendly. Check inn was easy and good explained. The appartment is at a fantastic location, in a very nice building. The facilities are good, it's comfortable, clean and well equiped.
The door lock was broken when we arrived. However, contact was made easy and a solution was given very quickly. Very good service.

City centre and any of attrantions and restaurants are close by. Washing machine, microwave, bath with tub very convenient.

central location, tastefully furnished light and airy apartment. amazing varied food options all around and walking distance to many points of interest. staff were very helpful and minor issues resolved. Washing machine, iron and there was limited supplies so we don’t not need to purchase the basics.
it is a lot of stairs to the apartment, I guessed this and managed with a broken foot in a boot but should be mentioned if you are less able or have a lot of luggage.

the property was immaculate, and there was always great communication with the host. it was in a brilliant location (literally 5 second walk to Nando’s 😝) the shower was great, wifi worked fine and even had Netflix on the tv. next time we come to London we will definitely be staying here again.

location was excellent, very spacious. clean and tidy. elegantly decorated, reasonably priced. home away from home.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like like as it was excellent.
The only two slight improvements that could be made if we had to give feedback would be to have a full length mirror for getting ready and a 2nd bedside table.

Very good and timely communication with the host. I knew when to arrive and how to enter the property and what to do on checkout. The apartment was as described, clean, modern and functional.
The apartment felt a bit impersonal. To improve things further consider adding little touches to add the experience (e.g. information about the best restaurants and bars in the immediate area for example). Whilst there was a dishwasher in the apartment no dishwasher tabs were included (adding a couple of tablets would be a nice touch). The standing lamp light in the living room has a European plug without an adaptor so it could not be used.

too many stairs nearly 6 flights of stairs to the apartment and cleaning press overflowing outside our door very unpleasant to look at
