The owners were very helpful! Any concerns or questions we had were addressed immediately. The condo was clean and updated. The complex was quiet, and the people were friendly. The location was perfect for going to the beach and attending the baseball tournament which was our reason for the trip. If we are back in town, we would definitely stay again. :)

The property was very close to the beach and the golf cart made it even easier!! We could contact the owners and get a very quick response to any questions. Everyone in the complex was friendly: it was a great place to stay!!

Had a nice get away with my husband, Son and 2 of our Grandkids. My Son and Grandkids loved the spare room with bunk, full bed and trundle, worked great for them. King bed was very comfortable. We loved having the golf cart during our stay and you could drive it to the access gate and walk across the street to the beach. Condo was very nice and clean. We had a great time in PCB!

There were five of us including two teenagers. Our stay was wonderful! We had lots of downtime from the tournament and with other team players/families staying in the same resort, the girls had lots of things to do on-site. They used the golf cart to pick up other players and went to the pool, put put, or the beach together. We didn't worry for them at all because of the security provided around the property. The home was clean and we had everything we needed for the bathrooms and kitchen. The home is in a great location and we never felt like we were battling traffic (if you know, you know). Any minor issues we had, the property owner was eager to help and resolve. We will definitely be returning to this property!

We came down to PCB for my daughter's cheer camp and stayed a total of 10 nights. Everything was spectacular!! We had plenty of space and everything we needed!! The golf cart was a GREAT bonus!! Thanks so much for sharing your space with us!!

We really enjoyed our stay, condo was nicely decorated. Clean, this a very big deal to me when I stay places. I rate it at the top for for being clean. Love it!

This place was great! Very nice area, close to the beach, golf cart included. The property was very clean and we got to check in a few hours early!

We enjoyed our stay and the property was very clean, and loved the decor! It was nice having the golfcart and the minigolf for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Highlands as well as the use of the golf cart. Mattress were very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely nice. The listing advertised a black stone on the property but there was only a grill. All of the appliances were updated and easy to use. The air conditioning unit seemed new and worked great, but was a little loud when it came on. Little things I would suggest in the listing g or even in the check-in instructions are things like, advising guest to provide extra toilet paper, paper towels garbage bags and laundry detergent. We happened to bring these items with us just in case, but some people may not be aware that they are not always provided by the owner. Overall we had a great time and will definitely try to stay again.

We had an amazing time. Our place was just as described. It was very clean and cute as can be. The golf cart made getting around easier but it was just a short walk to all the pools and the beach. My husband was very happy with the TV's and channels and options in both bedrooms and living area. Plenty of sleeping room for unexpected guests. Had a few questions and very minor things that Ammie and Ron quickly and eagerly addressed and took care of. It was a pleasure staying at their place.

We loved our stay! Ammie was awesome from when we first booked their lovely Townhouse, until we left this morning back to our home in MN. My family had a great stay. My kids loved that there were so many activities for them to do. We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach. Just a few minute walk and we were there! We will be back again sometime.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect! We were walking distance from beach and the townhouse was beautiful! We will stay again.

Our stay here was below average. We come to Panama City every year and this ranks near the bottom of places we have stayed. The condo is nicely decorated and fairly clean. However, the amenities are lacking and the owner was unhelpful. There were only four wash clothes for four people which meant daily laundering. I reached out to the owner, and although she apologized and stated there should be eight, she didn’t remedy the situation. In fact, she said the cleaning person has no more wash clothes! So we were out of luck unless we purchased some ourselves. There was also only one golf ball. The owner again said there should be four, but didn’t offer to remedy this either. So. No golf for us despite it being advertised as having equipment available. The wash clothes, towels, and pillow cases were also heavily stained. Although they appeared to be clean, it was pretty off putting. Make sure to bring your own paper towels, trash bags, dish washing liquid, etc, as there isn’t a “starter pack” that is typically in rentals. Even with the cool golf cart, with all the beautiful properties available in Panama City, I’d skip this one.

We enjoyed staying in this community so much! It was our first trip to PCB! There were a couple hiccups but very minor and the owners were right on it! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us!

We loved everything. The accommodations were clean and as described. The golf cart was a nice addition to use in the property and to get to the beach access point. The accommodations fit out family comfortably and had space for our party of five to relax and stretch out. The host was so accommodating and answered all of my questions to make our first time stay in PCB a great one.

It was so great staying here! It’s in a perfect spot for the beach and the golf cart made it much easier to get to the beach access. Close to all amenities too. Our kids loved it just as much as we did. It was a nice place to hangout, relax and sleep. We will definetly stay again! 10/10

This is such a beautiful property that is in an awesome location. Very short walk to pools and beach or we had the option to use the golf cart. Beds was super comfy. Owners was very fast to reply to any questions/concerns. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to pcb. Thanks for an awesome week! Only thing I would change is I wish the community had a hot tub and a kiddie pool.

This home was perfect. It was closer to the beach then I had realized, very quiet neighborhood right in the center of busy Panama City. Amy was super helpful with any questions or issues we had. We will definantly be staying here when we go back.

Gorgeous condo,with everything we needed. We will be staying again next summer without a doubt!!
