Sofa was very hard and uncomfortable, vent cover falling in dining room, upstairs never cooled off despite having AC set at 65 degrees, sticky hand railing, another car parked in our assigned space, very loud outdoor creatures including a constantly barking dog, neighbors walking up and down emergency railing onto our porch, only 3 channels on the TV, bed’s uncomfortable… one too soft and sinking and the other one squeaky.

Annette was a great communicator! The house was spotless, neat, and beautiful! What you see in the picture is what you see at the house. The neighborhood was over all quaint. The sound of few trains passing at night didn’t bother us. Location is around 25 minutes from downtown Charleston, and 25 minutes away from the Magnolia plantation. If you looking to save some $$ to splurge on activities and fine dining in Charleston, look no more.

We loved this property. Clean and newly updated. It’s centrally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown and the airport. We sat on the deck overlooking the water out back every night. Owner answered questions very quickly and left recommendations on places to eat and visit in the area. Perfect place to stay!

Fun little getaway in Charleston with family. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and easy access. Very clean and just as it was described in the overview. The property host was very kind and answered any questions. Highly recommend this property for a small family.

My younger son and I booked this apartment to see my older son for Thanksgiving. It is a beautiful apartment overlooking a beautiful pond. It is very updated and had everything we needed in order to have a great Thanksgiving there. The beds are super comfortable. I highly recommend! We loved it

I stayed here the last time I came to Charleston and loved it so much that I had to come back. It’s so peaceful and such a beautiful setting it makes you feel right at home. Annette is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and does her best to accommodate you. Highly highly recommend staying here. I know I will in the future

This place was wonderful. The pictures didn't are nice, but you have to see it for yourself. It's quite, the lake is nice. Everything thing was just awesome. We just wanted somewhere nice and quiet for just the two of us and this place didn't disappoint at all. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful and clean

We had a good experience staying here. The place was very clean, comfortable, and organized. The location was a little further out from the downtown area, but we had a car rental so it worked out. Annette was accommodating, communicated well, and quick to respond. Thanks for a nice and smooth stay!

Clean, beautifully decorated with nice view out windows/ deck. The owner was very attentive e when needed. My only thing that left me not saying 4-5 star was lack of provision for kitchen rags and dish towels.( only 1 was provided ) also I stay a lot at vrbo and have never been asked to strip beds towels ect and take downstairs to laundry on top of trash take out. There were flights of stairs involved. This unit was a good 25-48 minutes from town depending on traffic. It was my fault for not realizing that would be hard with all the parking fees and driving that would be needed to see things.

Great location - 30 minutes or less most sites we visited in Charleston. Very easy check in and Annette was very responsive to any questions. Super clean and well stocked with lots of “extras”. Loved watching the wildlife on the pond which we could see from our outdoor deck. Peaceful and quite location. Would highly recommend.

The property was absolutely as advertised. A comfortable two-bedroom unit with plenty of nice touches, lots of space, a nice deck looking out over the pond, a pool and ll the touches of home. The TV stuff could have been a little simpler, with just basic channels enough for a few hours of relaxation and catching up on news and sports highlights in the morning. Just a heads us, as far as grounds keeping, I'm pretty sure the vines surrounding the big tree beside the deck is poison ivy. I'm very allergic and aware of what the plant looks like, but that could cause a problem for a non-suspecting person. The place was exactly what we were looking for and I wish we could have stayed longer. Quick and convenient UBERS to restaurants, nearby grocery store for necessities and a short trip -- driving or by UBER -- to downtown Charleston. Enjoyed the experienced.

Had a lovely stay. Very clean and well maintained

We loved our stay here. The townhouse is on a very pretty little lake in a nice neighborhood that’s an easy 20 minute drive to historic Charleston. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable. Communication with the owners was excellent and prompt. If you’re looking to explore Charleston but want more space, more peacefulness, and a better view than a hotel room, you can’t go wrong with this place.

This worked out really well for us. It was very handy to the places we wanted to visit (birding sites) and super to have in-house laundry. The coffee and wine bar was a nice touch!

My husband & I have been wanting to visit Charleston but every place in town was booked for our dates. Luckily this place popped up & it's just a short drive north of the city. So beautiful & quiet. Plenty of grocery stores close by. Would be lovely for a family as we didn't even use the other bedroom. Neighbors were nice & friendly and the pool was refreshing too. Would love to stay here again. We had a wonderful weeks stay in this beautifully furnished condo. We felt so at home here and made lots of lasting memories. So enjoyed the friendly neighbors, pool and views from our balcony. We would highly recommend here.

Very nice unit - exactly as pictured. Newer appliances and no problems with unit. Unit is about 20 minutes from downtown and 15 or so from airport depending on time of day. We did not utilize the pool so no comments regarding that.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Attention to detail can be seen throughout the entire condo. We will definitely be back!
