We really enjoyed this condo. Staying on the first floor was amazing with three kids! A couple of little suggestions would be a steam mop or even a swiffer to clean floors better, beds are stiff and need more pillows with pillow cases, sliding doors are stiff and cable box could use an update (very nit picky things, I know) none of this will keep us from not coming back. We had a great time and any issues were responded to pretty quickly by Carole. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I will start by saying that Carole was easy to work with and she addressed some of our concerns while we were renting. Overall we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. We had an issue with roaches, which Carole addressed immediately and explained that being on the first floor they are more likely to get in. She called pest control immediately and they came out to treat the same day. However, the condo was very dirty. The patio was basically unusable as it smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. Cigarette butts were all over the floor. Old toilet paper was left hanging on the toilet brush. The beach and pool access was great, being able to walk right out the door was super convenient. The pool is well maintained and the beach is beautiful. I had higher expectations for the condo though.

My friend's and I enjoyed every minute of it! Check-in was nice and easy. The staff was amazing as well. Carole was a lot of help!

We spent 7 nights 8 days in 609 and loved It!! The condo was very clean and I’m picky. So for me to be happy it was very clean. Regency towers was the perfect location for our first trip down, its location is perfect. Just far enough away from Pier Park that we didn’t have to constantly fight traffic but close enough that we could go and enjoy it if we decided to get off the beach. We loved the condo and felt at home from the second we walked through the door. Thank you so much Ms. Miner We will see ya next year!! Jocelyn

We rented units 106 & 609 from the Miners are were very pleased with both units. everything is clean and just as described in her VRBO page. We loved the 1st floor access to the pool and beach and also the view from the 6th floor unit. We had a group of 17, so we had 9 in the 3BR unit and 8 in the 2 BR unit. Plenty of room for everyone. We also cooked in the condos a couple of nights and used the charcoal grills a couple nights. It was a great vacation. Will be renting from the Miners again!!!

I have been renting Unit 806 Regency Towers, PCB. I have been so pleased with this unit. The kitchen is well equipped, furnishings in all rooms very comfortable. Bathrooms recently renovated beautifully. Walk-in showers new wooden cabinets. Having three bedrooms was perfect for me as I had a bit of company who all enjoyed staying here very nuch. The beach, restaurants, sandy beach, heated pool and hot tub were peerfect. I will be coming back whenever I get the chance.

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed in a Unit at The Regency Towers which is managed by Carole Miner. Over the years, we have found Carole to be very efficient at responding to our concerns/needs. She is reasonable, a good listener, and understanding. She wants our stay to be enjoyable and as trouble-free as she can make it. Over the past few years and continuing this year, The Regency Towers is undergoing a needed facelift. Re-stuccoing the walls and replacing the bedroom windows facing the Gulf last year and the year before. The entire structure has just been painted this year and the swimming pools are being refurbished. The Towers also purchased some new exercise equipment. Most of the people that we have met At the Regency Towers have been coming to The Regency for 6+ years. We do a lot of socializing together. The Unit we stay in is quite nice. We have a new tile floor and the lanai was recently tiled as well. The dishwasher and stove are less than 3 years old. The first year the furniture was tired looking but by the 2nd year when we came down, the couch and love seat had been replaced with sassy green/blue striped furniture. Very cheerful! New throw rugs were also added to make the living and bedroom areas more homey and inviting.

I rented this condo Dec 22-Feb 1, 2017. It's horrible! Dirty, dirty, dirty. Cock roaches and RODENTS!! We caught 2. Half my vacay was spent dealing with probs. & waiting for bug man & maintenance people. Owner is horrible to work with. Just in it for the money. Will tell you ANYTHING to get you to rent from her. Once she has your money, forget about her helping you. She calls this a LUXURY condo. That's a lie. I'd read bad reviews & asked her about them & she assured me the condo was great. Lies. The only great thing is it's on the beach. Period. In the winter there's construction & maintenance. The pool I was told was steps from my back door was under construction & had workers out there. The whole complex is old & roach & rodent infested. I'd never rent ANY unit there again & definitely not one from this owner. The appliances are good & bathrooms updated & are ok. But that is all. Rats, mice, roaches. Pathetic situation & we were stuck there with no place else to go & owner refused to refund any of our money. I did get deposit back. Of course I left the place 100% cleaner than when I arrived. I had to scrub kitchen myself. Shower was stopped up & had black mold in it. Dryer vents into bedroom closet & was nasty nasty & I had to clean it. Beds & sofa bed had mold & filthy. Owner did little to attempt to fix things & only after I contacted her repeatedly & fussed big time. She actually had housekeeper leave me a mop to mop up the rodent urine! And told me to pull out the stove & fridge myself to check for rat holes. I could go on and on and on. The place is bad. I'd give zero stars is possible. Beware if you rent this. You've been warned!!!!

My family had an amazing week in this condo. It was very clean and convienient in location to the pool, beach, grills and in general to food and entertainment. We will definitely be renting again.

Carole, Condo#609 was everything you promised and more! Having only two bedrooms was not a problem, because the condo was very spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed from pots & pans to broom & mop.( I over heard a lady at the pool say they had to buy a broom & mop!)Your binder of helpful information was perfect. We enjoyed cookouts by the beach several nights and other nights chose one of the recommended restaurants.We took a picnic to St. Andrews Park. Enjoyed the Eco Tour at Captain Anderson's Marina and went to Wonder Works Museum. Karaoke night was a hit with my granddaughter! She and my Daughter-in-laws niece chose to sing a favorite song! Even 'Grumpy Gus' (my 13 year old grandson) couldn't help but enjoy himself the entire week. My youngest son proposed to his girlfriend...and she said YES!!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! I can not imagine a better vacation! Hope to see you again next summer! Thanks again for a fabulous trip! Pam

This was the 3rd time I rented this (#206) condo. I was as pleased with the place the third time as I was the first time. It was clean, it was comfortable, most of all Carole is the best to work with. I look forward to returning next year. Steps from the pool and beach. Best part is sitting on the balcony a sunrise and sunset with a glass of wine. :)

The condo is very spacious and clean. If you have any problems Carole will take care of it right away. She's extremely sweet. We rented her condo for two months and her price is very reasonable.

Absolute GREAT vacation! Our family rented 2 of Caroles condos -1 bedroom and 3 bedroom. We were in the 3 bedroom, poolside, oceanfront, ground level condo. The condo was PERFECT for the 6 of us. Plenty of room and then some! Layout is great! Bathrooms are very roomy and we loved the full tile showers! Kitchen and dining room set up was great also. All bedrooms and living had nice flat screen tv's with cable and dvd players. Bedrooms all had carpet and the rest of the condo was tile floor which made for and easy clean up. Air conditioner was fabulous---stayed nice and cool for those hot afternoons coming out of the sun.. Our favorite part of the condo was the full glass enclosed patio which had nice patio furniture on it. We rented the beach chairs and umbrella , there is banana boats, jet ski and paddle board rentals directly in front on the resort. The resort has employees everywhere---we felt very secure. There are several charcoal grills right outside with several picnic tables to enjoy your dinner at! Carole is a delight to work with...she answered my MANY MANY questions in a timely manner even if i asked the same question multiple times. Now you know life is not PERFECT so my only complaint was that the pool is elbow to elbow with people-but it was good because it encouraged our family of 12 to enjoy the beach everyday in which we did! The activities at the resort are: Karaoke and live music which we very much enjoyed, they did not do the waterslides for the kids or the poolside movies. I would recommend this condo to anyone! It is very accommodating and again Carole is a delight to rent from!! Cant wait for next year!!

I have to say we really enjoyed our vacation. The condo itself was very nice and roomy. It was a 3 bedroom ( 2 king size bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 queen size beds ). Plus there was a sleeper sofa, but we had enough room without it. It was located on the second floor on the far right end we used the stairs the whole time we was there. The distance to the pool and beach was right there wasn't a long walk at all. We also liked that the room was keyless entey, that was nice not having to worry about losing keys. The pools are a very nice size ( there is 2 ), which we enjoyed alot. There was only one day we didn't go to the beach, because the water was a little rough and one red flag was up. Mrs. Carole seemed like someone you knew your whole life, was very easy to talk too, was very helpful in all questions I asked, she suggested things to do and places to eat. She took the effort to help you out which I thought was thoughtful on her part, especially when you not familiar with the area. A week is not long enough to do all the attractions there, but we sure tried. The only thing we didn't like was we had to leave, but all in all we had a great time. Thanks for inviting us into your home away from home.

Carole, Not only were things exactly as you said, it was all so much better than I imagined! The lay out of the condo was great and with little ones the ground floor unit was perfect! We could not have asked for anything to be better. I have never stayed anywhere any better and our hope is to make it an annual trip for our family and hopefully stay in the same condo. God bless!!

The condo was absolutley beautiful and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed being on the first floor and being only a few steps away from the beach. The view of the sun setting from our sunroom was perfect. The condo complex was very nice as well and we had no problems checking in or finding places to go. This was our third year coming to panama city beach and this condo was our favorite by far and we would definetly rent from this place again.
