Great communications

We really enjoyed our three day stay at Heidi’s condo. She is an incredible host and we had everything we needed and more. Check in and out- super easy. We appreciated the delectable treats she surprised us with. Our favorite aspect was the beautiful view (sunset, moonset, and even at daybreak, the sunrise to the east lit up the sky over the gulf with pretty pink skies and water.) We loved morning strolls along the seashore and collected many shells to bring home to our grandchildren. We would definitely recommend this to others:)

We were pleased to stay right on the beach with a private porch overlooking the water. The host has thought of all the necessities that you might need during your stay. We will be happy to return in the future!

Perfect place for a party of two for beach time and access to nice restaurants! My wife and I had a great time walking the beach! This unit has all you need!

Everything from start to finish was easy and everything we imagined. Heidi was an amazing host. Kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. She even surprised us the next morning with a key lime pie and a half gallon of my favorite orange juice. I would recommend Heidi and her place to anyone. We will definitely be back!

I have stayed in many, many condos over the years and found this one to be outstanding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the pool and beach were so accessible and enjoyable, and most notably the owner provided everything imaginable that you might need for a vacation away from home. will definitely rebook!

Beautiful! Love visiting Longboat Key. Everything was just like description said. Heidi was great. Got surprised with some tangerine juice and small key lime pie first morning there. Quiet and peaceful! Just what we needed. Hope next time it can be longer!😊

Heidi was an excellent host...highly recommend her! The condo is a studio (efficiency) with only one room, so tight on space and not much area to store food (just an FYI). That said, the condo is well stocked for visitors (beach gear, etc) and the building is nice with a pool and immediate beach access. They painted the doors and pool area during our stay, so the building is obviously well maintained. Recommend for a couple's get away!

Our stay was a fantastic experience. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. The access to the beach made it incredibly convenient. The host was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this beach front condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Longboat Key.

Amazing location, right on the beach, the most spectacular sunsets!! Seen dolphins daily and manatees as well. Barely anyone around, felt like beach was ours. We'll def. Be back!

We could not have wished for/or imagined anything more beautiful/wonderful! The view of the turquoise water-and sky from the balcony--was unsurpassed at ALL times of the day! The moon was full and shone so beautifully on the water! Heidi was exceedingly-abundantly gracious and generous--utterly available--and she even let us know about 'Yoga on the Beach' which was wonderful. I/we hope to return again, and again!

My husband and I stayed at this property and absolutely loved it. Perfect for a getaway. Steps away from the beach, which was not crowded, and chairs were available on the beach. Amazing view! The unit itself was very clean and Heidi, the host, kept us up to date on when our room was ready and made sure we had everything we needed. We have never had a better host! Within a short drive, you can find restaurants and a little further south, a big shopping area for clothes, souvenirs, etc. There are plenty of activities available, but we stayed close to the beach this trip!

Not only is this a great location on Longboat Key, it is the best unit in the complex, directly over a pool of beautiful blue water and the beach just steps away. We spent one afternoon, for several hours, enjoying the company of a very polite grey heron who decided to sun himself and relax on the pool deck right below our balcony. Saw several dolphins and a blue crab and a sea urchin on our beach walks. Quaint and cozy we had every amenity that was needed for our stay. Also loved the keyless entry. No worries about having to carry and possibly lose a key! This was our first ever experience of a host showing us their appreciation with a key lime pie and tangerine juice! Yum! Excellent communication before, during and after our stay. Heidi most certainly is a Premier Host! We would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful view and the host provided all that we needed and more. We especially liked having a pool or beach option just footsteps outside our door. The space was cozy and clean. Thanks for having us!

We stayed for three days including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Even though the weather was very chilly, the view was still superb! We were surprised with some delicious treats from Heidi on Christmas Eve morning… such a nice gift! Comfortable and quiet… exactly like the listing.

This condo is small but thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The building and the beach were quiet. The view of the Gulf is gorgeous, both from the balcony and from inside the condo. The owner communicates very well. She is welcoming and provides accurate, useful information.

Last minute reservation was so great. Heidi is best host we have ever had. Kept in touch, before, during and after! Amazing view from balcony, quiet beautiful beach . Great for walking, sunsets and more! You won’t regret staying here!

Wow! What a great find. This cozy little studio was perfect. Just steps from an amazing (and not crowded) beach on the Gulf. Easy beach access. Lovely pool even closer. We could have just sat on that balcony all day. Perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Stunning view. Spotted many dolphins. Took in a spectacular sunset. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. Glassware for inside and plasticware for out. The place is conveniently located smack dab in the middle of Longboat Key, and maintains a very laid-back vibe. Did not feel touristy at all. Heidi was super communicative and very gracious. She made sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us a couple times by leaving treats at our doorstep. What a great Hostess. We were treated so well, really. We definitely will be back and look forward to sitting on that balcony again. Thank You Heidi!!!

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful place for six days. It was complete heaven. Heidi even delivered us a Keylime pie and orange juice after our first night. The view cannot be beat! I especially enjoyed drinking coffee on the private balcony in the morning. It’s really hard writing this review as I am currently getting ready to go back to work!

What a wonderful place to relax and reset! It was EXACTLY what we wanted-lovely views, easy beach access and a clean place. My husband and I never felt crowded during our week's stay in Heidi's well appointed studio. By far the most responsive, communicative and helpful host we've ever encountered-in a non-intrusive way. We felt like we were renting from a friend by the end of our stay. We will CERTAINLY be returning again!

We had a fabulous stay at The Beach! Heidi was fantastic at communicating before, during and after our stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The views from the sliding glass doors and balcony were breathtaking! Literally just steps to the beach and and pool. We highly recommend this place!
