הסדינים היו מלוכלכים, הכריות היו עם שיער, השירותים היו מסריחים, והצוות היה מזעזעזע ולא נענה להחזר הכספי כשביקשנו לאחר שעזבנו את הכנס אחרי 5 דקות בנכס.

It was clean and comfortable, easy to get to / check-in, staff are very quick to respond and resolve our issues, and it’s in a nice area

Hot water wasn’t always available, however this was resolved within the hour by the helpful staff

Very comfortable bed! The view was amazing... From our room we could see the city from the hill and even the Mediterranean sea. We could park in front of the building. The host was kind and helpful!

Stunning rooms. Beautiful views. Beautiful design. Super nice guy running the place. He was very nice and let us use the washing machine. Very nice balconies to hang out on.

The parking - it was unclear to start and on our departure we were told that the space was only ours until 8am. It was a shared space with a dog business

exterior common terrace are not very clean; this space would be nice but it need more attention; the ubication in Carmel is good but you need a car to move by the city because you are not close to the beach

It was clean and comfortable the shower was great hot water and high pressure The balcony was private and beautifull

The room was realy small I didnt see any staff member they sent me codes for building and room entrance There are lots of restaurants in the area so it was noisy crowded and had a hard time finding parking You can hear the noise from the street inside the room also ampulances and motorcycles
